For starters, the owner has been following up with me for about 6 years. I had no intention of buying or selling and he was very aware of that. Still reached out a couple times per year, just to stay in touch. THAT alone would've earned my business. However, it didnt stop there. I worked with Naleka who I cant say enough about. She was extremely communicative. NEVER left me in the dark. ALWAYS gave detailed information. She was so informative that I rarely had questions. This was HUGE to me as I was in the process of moving. She let me know numbers that might work for listing my home, I wanted it sold a lot quicker so I wanted to lower the listing price. Not once did she pressure me to go with higher amount just caring about her commissions. She also answered all my text and phone calls right away. It was NEVER a moment in which I was waiting to hear back or couldnt reach her. Usually a mortgage transaction will be the largest transaction you make. So the less stress, the better. She made SURE that I didnt have any worries or stress throughout the process. Also, Put my house up and practically sold the first day on the market. 3 week closing as well. That almost fell thru, but Naleka was there every step of the way to make sure me and my family were OK. They are very relatable, caring, and genuine. They would be available to me at any time of day or night. Ive had text conversations at 5am and close to midnight. They were ALWAYS available. They never made me feel like a burden if I DID have questions. Never made me feel uncomfortable. As moving can be incredibly stressful ESPECIALLY when you are doing a 3-week closing. I was all over the place stressing about everything else, but Naleka made sure the process was stress-free as possible. Im still in awe as to how it went so smooth. Thats just not what I expected.
