Despite being flexible with their demands of timelines and price they sold the house to other party at exact same price. Be careful if these are listing agents on the property you are interested in.

I had worked with her before, when I bought my house in 2018. I was in another state and Marie was so helpful going to different properties and taking photos and videos for me until we found the right place! She made things so easy! So obviously when it came time for me to sell, she was my choice. Marie listed my home and it sold in 1 day - she walked me through everything and was in constant communication with me so I knew what was happening at all times - plus being SO helpful (she even brought me moving boxes) and lined up vendors for repairs that needed to be done. Gene was incredibly professional and efficient during g our entire contact. There was an initial repair issue with the house that Gene handled quickly and effectively. The thing that impressed me most about Gena was his availability. I called Gene at least 25 times during the process. Gene always answered his phone. I never had to leave a message.
