The building was in disrepair, neighborhood going down in value, and many to do's to keep the outside/inside looking in good shape. After 5 months the commercial building was sold. Experiencia positiva: Experience was okay. Going into this experience Dee was confident given the competition in the area the house valued for more than 50k than it sold for. I was not confident over time that the agent was completely transparent with myself. This was a situation where I was not located near the property so communication was a challenge. The house set on the market for 5 months before a serious buyer sought interest. Very nice agent but not very knowledgeable of dos and don’t of real estate. I would not recommend this agent if trying to sell a home in an area that you do not reside in close proximity.
