I would simply describe a few specific criteria to her, and she would immediately begin suggesting a wide range of homes that fit perfectly within my desired price range. I made a simple phone call on a Sunday afternoon to ask a question about a property that I happened to be driving by. Within an hour the brokerage had McKenzie Coufal standing in front of me ready to show me the property that I had made the phone call about. That property showing turned into almost 2 years of a painstaking search for the exact right home. Never once did McKenzie ever question my intentions or methods in my search.
