Experiencia fantástica: Alyssa from Property group of CT did a great job of quickly addressing the issue. Our landscaping and snow removal vendor, Romeo and his crew do an outstanding job all year long.

Experiencia negativa: I can honestly say this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a property management company. The condition of the property has noticeably declined over the years, and many maintenance and repair issues either take far too long to address or never seem to get resolved properly at all. Communication is frustrating, follow-up is inconsistent, and owners are often left chasing answers. There never seems to be any sense of urgency, even for issues that directly impact the safety and appearance of the property. John Sullivan was also extremely unprofessional in multiple interactions. At this point, many owners are simply exhausted from constantly having to push for basic accountability and upkeep. I would absolutely not recommend this company to any condo association or property owner.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far one of the best property management companies we've worked with. They are incredibly organized, attentive and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication is always clear and professional. Our manager, Taylor Cocchia, goes above and beyond to ensure the property is well-maintained and that our residents are supported. It's rare to find a team that is this reliable and easy to work with - we highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: April, 2026 Edit to add: HOA Board recently learned that TPG never transferred our Eversource account from the previous property manager, so it accrued late fees and interest for nonpayment for 4 YEARS. We never received the invoices because of these 2 horrible companies. I’ve interacted with local property managers professionally for decades. TPG was never one of the best, however experiencing their “management” firsthand where I live for 2 years, I now place them among the WORST. Instead of making one phone call to the waste management company when I reported a missed dumpster pickup, our assigned “property manager” (who shall go unnamed) sat on the issue and refused to inquire as to the reason. After our garbage piled up for 2 weeks, we finally learned that our bills were still being sent to our old property manager. TPG didn’t notice the absence of dumpster invoices for 14 months, even though the vendor was in our Budget. This is just one example of them avoiding responsibility and not picking up the phone to make a call while problems escalate. Just to get them to make one phone call on your behalf, you have to call and email them several times. I’ve been emailing and calling about wasps nests for nearly 3 months, with no results. Total inefficiency! We did not get what we paid them for, and we are happy that they have now been let go.

I do have to say I am thankful for the help the emails and for carrying for the property and my family.

I noticed a charge on my statement that didn't look correct so I left a phone message for Garry. He called me back, and said he would look into it. I also want to compliment the Property Group for your monthly E-mail receipts of payment, and for your monthly E-mail statements. This year, our association underwent a significant change by switching from our previous property management firm to The Property Group (TPG). The transition was prompted when our former property management company was sold to TPG, creating a period of uncertainty and presenting several unknowns for our board and residents. Leadership Through Transition Tasha Woodford took the lead for the TPG team and initiated the transition process. As she familiarized herself with the procedures and expectations of our meetings, she simultaneously tackled the challenge of finding a more suitable office space for our association. Despite having many responsibilities to manage during this period, Tasha's leadership quickly proved to be a valuable asset.
