Experiencia negativa: We used Chris to sell our home. He never had to market it and had a client that wanted to see it before it went on the market. We felt pressured by him to take the offer. Also it seemed like he was more interested in being the buyers broker than representing us. When the closing was approaching and we needed help with finding a reasonable rental we received no assistance from him, like it was “beneath” him to find a rental. We also felt pressured by him to make sure we were out of the house exactly at 1pm on the closing day. Actually the new owners said take your time.! To top it off he didn’t have to split a commission on the sale of a $1.2M house that probably could have sold for more, if it went on the market. (5 Bdrm, 4 Bth completely redone home on a quiet street, great neighborhood, tastefully decorated with numerous upgrades on a flat level 3/4 acre lot! The thank you we got was a “wooden cutting board”. My closing attorney gave us a nicer gift!!! No would not recommend him.

He took particular time and made sure the Sellers and their advisors were fully and completely update on everything he did. Pruning the potential buyers was very important in the particular because of the land, water problems and location of the property. It was Mid-American in two rows of colonial homes with values from $500k to $10,000,000.00. He believed that there was a kind of buyer in the Stamford area that would want such a property. I less that a week he sorted out the potential buyer based on age, ability to obtain financing and Closing the the Sellers loved that someone was buying their home for over 50 years loved the house too. The Wife was taken with the buyers and helped with them with details beyond most sellers dreams and the closing went off without a glitz on the date the sellers were leaving for Florida. Would recommend Chris again and again!
