Long story short, we were getting screwed. My incredible wife Googled local realtors and scrolled through the list until she saw the name McCracken. She said he has a badass name, so she called him. After one conversation with him, she was sold. After one meeting and a walk-through in a few houses, she had me sold. We saw three or four houses but ultimately bought the first house he showed us. It was everything that we asked for and the three of us have become the closest thing to lifelong friends that is possible after a short time of knowing each other. Are you supposed to set up a virtual tour he never did he was supposed to send his assistant out to do something to push it more on social media but he never did that he set it and forget it and just like the rest of them. Me and my family were sick for a few days so we couldn't allow anybody in and he tried to use that as that's the reason why your house didn't isn't selling anything to justify his inaction. Also I used my own pictures which he asked me to do but hes still gladly charging me the higher percentage oh because hes worth it. SO NOT. As to Mr McCrackens re: Now he's just lying . Very un professional. I told him I would drop his rug doctor off this week and si ce I brought it up I guess Jr thought he would make the statement " now your gonna steal my rug machine" and that would make it sound like I was threatening him. Which I have the txt messages clarifying. As you can tell, he took the back and forth to a very public forum again very unprofessional, and lie in the process . I think it proves this guys only out for contracts. Once he gets you to sign he thinks your screwed and theres nothing you can do. He's barely even in the office or on the clock , today, he is sickI'm just trying to help my fellow home owners. Don't hire this agency . NO GOOD. How you gonna get fired on your day off.
