I wanted to know what was her experience selling rental property, and if she could educate me more on what I’d be dealing with if I were to choose her as my realtor. I was very nervous about my situation because I knew my audience was going to be small because I wanted to sell my home tenant occupied, and she understood the assignment. I just didn’t want to kick out my tenants because they are good people and solid tenants. The house went to the market mid February; she found me a buyer within a few weeks and closed escrow two months after it went up for sale. Marisol hustles for her clients, and I respect her for that. I wish I knew about her when I purchased my primary home because my then-realtor screwed me so bad, that I’m still paying for the repairs him and his buddy “inspector” didn’t disclose to me till after escrow closed and I found out of major repairs that my current home needs.
