When I was moving my things out, I ended up breaking my leg and she worked with my sister while I was laid up and that was so very helpful. In the end Amber got my house sold. I would say she is the best realtor out there. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have purchased two homes in our State and this is the first time I've felt truly supported by someone throughout the process.(2024) UPDATE*** 1/6/2026 When our planned build on our land became too much after having our daughter who is special needs, we came back to Janae. There is no one else I would be willing to work with in trying to find a home or land and she came through yet again. We are selling the land we purchased in the past and have bought a home where we can raise our daughter and be happy. Janae worked with us to help us find as close to everything we wanted as possible. Some of our wishlist was a distant hope and not likely to happen in the price requirements we set. Janae worked so hard to do research and to protect us as her clients. I trust her judgement and truly feel like she will go the distance as a realtor. Experiencia fantástica: First time home buyer and Jeff Uhren put my mind at ease. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and even ones I didn't know I had. He was super quick to get me viewings on newly listed homes and has a good eye for things that might cause you issues in the future or be a problem during inspection/appraisal. He definitely made me feel like he wanted to help me find the best house for my needs and not just make a quick commission. I highly recommend going through Realty Billings if you are in the market for a home or even just have questions on what to expect or start preparing for.

Experiencia negativa: This was my buyers agent and my review is based on that perspective. I was told by other reputable sources e.g. the buyer, that this broker was manipulative. It appeared that she didn't have her clients back. There was a delay in closing due with obtaining a small amount of siding (1700.00) that was damaged during a hail storm. We were informed that after, inspection, appraisal, and the fact that our buyers chose our lakeside home as their new home, she was advising them to begin anew with a lengthy house search knowing that they had already been released from their residence at that time. I was told by our contractor and agent that they were treated rudely, unprofessionally, and abusively. If you want an agent to actually work for you, this is one I would never recommend. If there was a choice for no stars, I would have selected that.

I ended up just hanging up because she made me feel humiliated. It seems pretty true to her nature as per many others on here as well as myself.

These are all made up i guess to paint me as the bad guy. They were rude and unkind in my interaction. Implying i am on drugs or mentally unstable in their response only further illustrates how manipulative they are. Previous review: Wow they may be good at realty but their customer service leaves something to be desired. I walked in by accident because my wife sent me to a business to buy some chairs they were selling. Tuens out it was the wrong address and a business a few doors down. So Realty Billings was so rude to me. Perhaps this is their genuine nature beneath the facade.

Experiencia negativa: Super rude and unprofessional!!! Do not recommend. Since it won’t let respond to the lovely response from Amber. The seller is fully aware of the situation and totally on board. You apparently were rude to her as well. Never once said I was apart of an investment firm. Assignment of contracts or double closing on properties is super common. There is no difference in buying an investment property then reselling it. You are obviously not educated in the customer service or real estate world. The only thing you exposed was your childish behavior. Have a great day :)

Experiencia fantástica: This day and age everyone personally knows a realtor. However, if you want to work with a realtor who far exceeds expectations, I highly suggest Amber Uhren. My wife and I purchased our “forever” home in 2011, with the help of Amber. We were extremely picky on what we wanted and she found us the perfect home in our budget. Fast forward 11 years, my wife and I entrusted Amber once again to list our home and move into something bigger. After working with Amber twice, without hesitation I would want her on my side every real estate transaction. The following is what sets Amber apart from other “real estate” agents: 1. Amber hired a home inspector to do an inspection before we listed. We took notes and fixed what needed to be fixed. Her due diligence resulted in our buyers being satisfied with their home inspection thus waiving any repairs. 2. Amber helped stage our house to make it more presentable. Amber was told on several occasions from realtors that took clients to our house that it showed great and was very presentable. 3. Amber has a professional photographer on her team that took amazing photos inside and out of our house. She utilized an awesome 3D camera that offered a 360 degree view of every inch of our house. The photographer also flew a drone above our house and neighborhood to get aerial views of the property. A few months of watching houses being listed on realtor.com I noticed this was not offered by the vast majority of other listing agents. 4. Before accepting an offer, Amber meticulously studied every detail of the buy sell agreement. She was extremely knowledgeable of what the current lead times on home inspections and appraisals were. Her vast knowledge allowed us to shorten the home inspection timeframe from multiple weeks to just a week. 5. Amber put the extra effort in ensuring every offer we received was a serious buyer. She called lenders and verified the loan pre-approvals were legitimate to ensure our time was not wasted. On the offer that we did accept, she guided us to counter their offer by increasing their earnest money. Our two experiences being Amber’s client has always been smooth, easy, and enjoyable. So much that we are currently working with her a THIRD time to purchase another property. Bottom line is Amber rocks, and will work in circles around your friend that is a part time realtor.
