As first time, out of state buyers, we had many question during the process and the entire team responded quickly and patiently. Katie Alexander was phenomenal! We started off as opponents in a Martial Arts competition, and subsequently became training partners and friends. If you've ever seen Mark fight, you can literally feel the dedication and intentionality that he puts into his training - it's quite impressive. Lisa went out of her way to find out exactly what we wanted, listened carefully accompanied us to view many properties and secured us our forever home in a timely manner and at the right price. She answered all our questions replied to e mails and text messages very quickly and was available for house inspections and closing. Shannon kept me informed on the houses that were available while I was trying to sell my house in California which took several months. Both genuinely had our best interests at heart. It took over a year for Lisa to help us find the best home for us. We were never rushed. Lisa's priority was not making a sale asap. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Debbie Ribinskas went above and beyond in challenging circumstances to help me sell my father’s home after he passed. The home was a fixer upper that required numerous repairs before selling, the property was in probate, and I was out of state. Debbie helped me navigate all of it and I am very grateful.

She answered all of our questions and explained the process of placing bids. She went out of her way to advocate for us and always responded to us very quickly. The loan expert that she recommended for us was great. Every recommendation that Shannon gave worked out perfectly. Cannot recommend highly enough.
