We’d lived in the same home in Westlake for 42 years so needless to say we were a bit rusty when it comes to the home shopping, buying experience. A relative in Baton Rouge recommended Brittney Pino and Associates so we made contact and got the ball rolling. From the very beginning, they made the process seem easy. Anna Arceneaux was our realtor and did a great job of discovering our wants/needs in a new home. We were only able to schedule viewings in Baton Rouge two days a week, so Anna worked hard to provide a screening list of homes to view each week prior to our coming over. As we went through the process, she carefully observed our reactions and tailored the screening process to present more homes that fit our search criteria. She provided great assistance during the process of making an offer on a home and then continued to help us through the inspection, loan and closing processes. She provided recommendations on moving companies, a home cleaner as well as a realtor in Westlake to help us sell our old home. To sum it up, it’s been a great experience working with Anna Arceneaux and Brittney Pino & Associates. I can strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

Dustin is a go getter and helped us hit the ground running to prepare our home for sale. He made recommendations on what we should fix with the home to ensure we got the best possible price on it. Experiencia negativa: If you are African American do not go here! This company violates many equal housing opportunity laws and simply does not care about you. I wanted to sell my house with a realator and came across Kevin a realator at Pino and associates and got treated like pure garbage by the company. Firstly i have never met Brittney Pino a day in my life she ignored every phone call i made and the company said she was always busy with something? Just sounds like an excuse to never meet me. When i first put my house on market they brought a sign to my yard with Brittney Pinos face on it which was not our realator which left me confused but also i think they just wanted to advertise the business in our yard, secondly when Chase Pino came to measure the house he said it was 150sq less than our last realator had on MLS. My house was on market for 30 days and only one fake showing for the whole 30 days which they were canceling showings on their end it was a mess. Then Brittney Pino sent a worker to come get (her face out of our yard.) because I complained about the amount of showings we have had and how can we fix the problem besides dropping the price of my home to pennies. They were discriminating in age, race, and religion I am a Christian and would never treat people like garbage because they are young black woman and have a home who believes in Jesus. I then asked the contract to be canceled and the man came to take the lock box on my door and they still had my house on market after I signed to end it. This has been the most horrible experience of my life since most of my family passed. Just look down the reviews mostly one race of people buying and selling houses with this company they throw every one else to the side! THEN Chase Pino told me that I don’t want to work with him because he’s white!!!!! They made the whole process of selling my house so unprofessional and ridiculous!
