Experiencia negativa: We scheduled an in-person meeting in Baton Rouge on Oct 27, 2025. We traveled from Dallas to be there. We were promised listing paperwork multiple times (most recently by Wed, Nov 12), but nothing arrived after repeated follow-ups. When a contract finally came, it had unclear/open-ended commission language and lacked basic seller protections. When we requested standard clarifications, the brokerage declined and told us to move on. After weeks of delays and poor communication, this was the worst real estate experience we’ve had. We do not recommend. UPDATE TIMELINES & CONCERNS: • Oct 27: In-person meeting in Baton Rouge (we traveled from Dallas). • Nov 12: Latest promised date for listing docs—not received. • Afterward: Multiple follow-ups; delayed replies. • Contract arrives: Requested standard seller protections (easy-out, capped tail + named list, no blanket dual agency, no default BAP). • Brokerage response: Declined and advised us to move on. Our concern is the lack of follow-through and delays, not just the terms. RESPONSE UPDATE: For accuracy there was no spam filter issue on our end. We checked; nothing was blocked or quarantined. The listing documents simply were not sent by the dates promised (most recently Wed, Nov 12), despite multiple follow-ups. When a draft finally arrived, we asked for standard seller protections. The brokerage declined and told us to move on. It would have been better to own the missed sends and timelines. Hopefully this helps the team improve future communication.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to get into a house in no time. Michael was very straight forward through out the process. I had alot of questions and he had all the answers. I would definitely recommend this guy.

Experiencia negativa: The realtor gave out my personal number as their client without my consent, and it was shared with the title company. This led to potential buyers contacting me directly and saying they were arriving at my home without my knowledge. When I raised concerns about possible fraud, the realtor only addressed the mistake after I threatened to involve authorities. The situation was eventually resolved, but their handling was careless, stressful, and put my safety at risk.

We were blessed to work with Erin Aguilar Russo. We were so nervous about the whole process but she made it a breeze! W group is the way to go!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t even give 1 star! I just as dealing with Makalaya Dorsey and Gwen Dorsey. This was a very emotional and difficult decision for me to sell my home after my husband died September 8, 2020. They came out and gave me support and hope that everything would be alright. Although I did have problems with our succession the terror of them allowing a cleaning crew which I never game permission to remove any of my belongings. They stole basically all my possessions and sold them for their own financial gain. My listing was dropped according to them in February of 2024 and to this day I have still not been notified that this Estate Firm is no longer representing me. Yes we will be going to court. They thought I was too weak to pay attention. Makalaya even spoke with my neighbors and told them things about my property she should have never shared.

She was asked to help a couple that was relocating to Baton Rouge and had a very limited amount of time to find housing! ANNA TOOK ON THE CHALLENGE! Knowing it would be tough, she was met with road blocks, challenges, and less than caring humans! However, she did everything in her power to keep her clients hopeful! Getting down to the last hours, she dug deep and fought for her clients and began to personally reach out to landlords in the area. Again she was met with resistance but her PERSISTENCE paid off!
