The experience was so great we used him buy a new home and sell our home. At the same time he helped my in-laws purchase a new home build that they are also thrilled with.

Experiencia fantástica: Andrew earned our listing by going out of his way to help us upon our first meeting. We had just had someone back out of a deal to buy the house under suspicious conditions and he not only educated me on wholesalers strategies but volunteered himself to call the supposed title company listed on the contract and ask if they knew of our contract or if they had even heard of the buyer who supposedly used them almost exclusively. Of course they had no info on our deal and no record of previous deals with the buyer. Long story short, he did not have to do that for us. I didn’t ask him to do it but he did. On to the sale of our home with him as our listing agent. He was outstanding through the whole process and it was not an easy sell due to some major hiccups along the way. I would highly recommend Andrew McCarty to anyone selling or buying a home!
