After 4 years of trying to get a home in Colorado we finally came across Pink Realty and our creator Cindy was absolutely amazing and Brian was a huge help with getting us pre-approved and the closing process. We finally have a home for our son to grow in and we couldn’t be more grateful to Cindy & Brian for help making that happen!

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE whatever you do stay away from Pink Realty. They are NOT military friendly. We rented a home from them and had nothing but issues from the beginning. Long story short, upon moving into the home we received it dirty. Kitchen & bathroom cabinets were disgusting. They then had the audacity to charge me maid services whenever I moved out after I gave them the home better than what I received it. Nonetheless we got that situation resolved and at least received the $325 back (after them still keeping $985 of our deposit.) I claim they are not military friendly due to them expecting you to be in charge of property until the end of the month. Regardless if you have moved to a different state. Please just read your contract and make sure you are 100% comfortable with that. In our case some pipes had busted or a water leak happened 2 weeks after we had moved out and they did not hesitate to subtract it from our security deposit. We had never been in that situation of a rental property making us pay all of our utilities for almost a full month after we have vacated the property. We have always been told to keep utilities on at least 3-4 days of leaving properties. It just seems wrong. If you are military, hear me when I say.. this is IMPRACTICAL and go a different direction with a rental property. In my opinion they are money hungry. Every time I had to deal with them for any issues they were very rude and condescending, specially Lani. They are NOT professional whatsoever. If only I could post all the emails I have with them to prove it. We have rented the past seven years of being in the military and have never had any issues with rental properties. We always received our full deposit back and with Pink Realty that was not the case. We just feel robbed and I honestly don’t have one good thing to say about the company. I am happy to no longer have to deal with them.

From not knowing if homeownership was even possible to closing on our first home in just 45 days, Pink Realty helped make it all happen. Experiencia negativa: As in the words of my hubby: “Scamsters and spamsters” . Hubby saw a listing on realtor.com for a rental house that we liked. It listed the rental price per month & everything. So I put in a request for a tour, but then got a call from “pink realty” & we told her that we were looking only for rentals right now . She asked for our annual income & credit score & then said that the house was listed as a rent to buy. We tried explaining to her on the phone that we are not ready to buy right now, but just want to rent. She got really pushy & said “with your income & credit score you qualify to buy a home. She would not listen to us. Then she sent an email saying this was listed for sale but we could rent to buy . We finally stopped responding , but now I am getting spam calls & emails from random home mortgage/ lenders . We realized that this company was located in the springs & not even pueblo either. So if you are just looking at rentals , don’t hit the “click bait.” They don’t listen to you . They just try to convince you to buy a home …because they know that houses are not moving on the market right now probably . They just give your info out without your consent too. SMH.

I was originally given his information when my husband and I were thinking about purchasing a mobile home—something that seemed to turn a lot of realtors off. Not Lee. He listened carefully to our situation, asked thoughtful questions to truly understand our needs, and then we began what turned into a six-month search for the perfect home, as well as selling our current home. From the beginning, Lee helped us create a clear list of wants, needs, and wishes, and then set out to find homes that fit the bill. He was consistently responsive, always picking up the phone or calling back quickly, and enthusiastically answering all our questions. Buying (and selling) a home is a nerve-wracking experience—especially when you're not familiar with the process or legal jargon—but Lee took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He never once hesitated when we asked to see a home, and he went above and beyond to schedule showings that worked with our availability. We had several adventures viewing some… let’s just say “interesting” homes, but Lee approached each visit with an open heart and a great sense of humor, no matter the condition or quirky architectural choices we encountered. Experiencia negativa: Your property manager Hannah needs to learn how to be a kinder person. Her rudeness in a phone call when talking about a property that my family was interested in completely baffled me. People who are condescending and rude when working in this profession maybe should consider a different career. It was very evident that she was not in a big hurry to get someone into the property she is supposed to be managing, which is unfortunate for the owner.

Experiencia negativa: Update: We would like to think Valerie for taking the time to call and get a solution. She went above and beyond and sat down with my mother in law explained the process and also found discrepancies on the inspection that wasn’t my MIL property she is fanatic and a true professional. However, Lauren the realtor took it upon herself to call and apologize to my wife, but in trying to apologize goes down the rabbit hole of basically telling my wife that her mom was asking for things that are outide the norm and she called a bunch of people that have never heard of having a meeting to discuss report. Also telling my wife they are cutting my MIl a break because she is straped on cash. Safe to say it didnt go well. Truly hoping Pink Reality makes it right. Again stay away from this realtor. I have bought and sold over 7 houses and this realtor is outside the norm. Truly AWFUL that a 76 year old woman she is supposed to be taking care of because last I checked we employed Pink Update to follow. I don’t know much about Pink Reality other than my mother in law liked their pink cars. My mother in law has a realtor named Lauren. Stay away from this realtor at Pink. We are moving my Mother in law halfway across the country. She is 76 years old with hearing aids and trying to understand the process. We are in Florida trying to help her. Our realtor is AWFUL. My 76 mother in law just asked for an in person meeting to go over the home inspection. And realtor said she couldn’t because she just moved into her new home and is busy and when asked for another realtor to come to her house to sit down and explain. She sent back a condescending text about how it can be handled with a call remember my mother in law has hearing aids.. 13k in commissions and can’t get a in person meeting to go over a home inspection that needs to be signed and delivered back by Wednesday. We have been on the phone with my Mother in law who is scared to death because she doesn’t understand. Getting very short texts not explaining anything from realtor. Absolutely embarrassing not wanting to do your job for an elderly woman. We will be calling the main office tomorrow. Update: Just got a text from the realtor explaining her dog got sick last week but is on the mend and can’t commit to a in person meeting tomorrow because she doesn’t consider it to be a norm to talk over home inspection. . You can’t make this stuff up. The ole my dog ate my homework. Haha seriously?

Experiencia negativa: VERY SCAMMY! We applied for a house yesterday and were denied due to my husband's credit score "being low" even though their report show him being 50+ points lower than any other report that's been ran. He tried to call to explain and talk with someone but they said there's nothing they can do. The score they claim he has is 6 POINTS below what they require. His actually score is 50+ that. We have never had a late payment or been denied a loan EVER. We are now out $100 and the entire morning we spent off from our small business to look at the property and apply.

Experiencia negativa: LANEY IS AWFUL. STAY AWAY. Laney was rude, rushing, condescending and inconsiderate in my opinion. This is one of the worst run companies I've ever dealt with. After looking up our credit scores and being clear of 700 they replied and said our application was denied because its was 674 and needed to be at least 680. Laney said there is no way around it and we're just out $100. Its probably a good thing though because the current renter said to stay away from Pink Rentals. They basically don't give you any service after signing the lease and they hide small print in the lease. It was just such a beautiful property...There's plenty of rentals in this town. Stay away from the Pinks IMO

We were under contract on my dream home, but unfortunately some things came up during title (hidden HOA). Working with a brand new Realtor as first time home buyers was very difficult for us. We had very selective tastes in what we were looking for in a home, and Jennifer took the time to help us find the house that was right for us, even driving an hour or more to look at houses for us.
