We were moving to Colorado Springs from the Midwest and needed someone who was comfortable and experienced with that kind of transition. I interviewed multiple realtors and it was a pretty easy choice once I had sat down with Lauren. She got the complications of our move and all the nuances that would be involved. She is ultra-responsive and her super power is never missing text messages. If you have a concern, she addresses it quickly. What I found most valuable was her flexibility with looking at homes and her honesty about properties. She wasn't that realtor who was just trying to get you into a home quickly so they could move on. She took the time to know us and find places that matched what we needed. She honestly pointed out bad deals and issues with properties even when we kind of liked a home. When we visited new home builders, she asked them all the hard questions that we didn't know to ask. She is a true advocate. When we did have problems with our build Lauren was on it. She made sure our concerns were addressed and resolved pretty quickly. She did it in a way that was professional and kept a positive business relationship with our builder intact. Her background in finance was also valuable to have access to during the process. She is the most well rounded realtor we have ever worked with. I can't say enough good about her and how she helped us. The MHS team was very good as well. There was no need to follow up with people. Everything just got done. If I could give a 6 star review I would. You won't regret using them. At a minimum, talk to them before you choose a realtor and see for yourself.
