Experiencia fantástica: We just wanted to share our experience last December..we started looking at houses thinking to upgrade..then we found the one. At first we are thinking of renting out our current home,but in the end we decided to sell our current home and use the equity for the new one. We don’t know what to do and where to start,but it’s a blessing that we have a great agent Ms.Lupita Cavello..she patiently help us to find our new home “our dream home” And her husband Mr.Rob Cavello put our current home on listing.. We don’t want to be stuck in two mortgage and wanted to sell our current house before we buy the new one,and they made it happen.both houses closed the same day before Christmas..they really are good at what they are doing.they are awesome..they are not just an agent doing their job,they really care about their client.. They love their job and they are good at it,and most important,they care.. They have perfect team work.. Also Ms.lupita is the one who help us find our first home 8 yrs ago..then for the second time that we saw a house that caught our attention and made a call,surprisingly the agent that show up was her!! Salas team is really bless to have this two wonderful agent Ms.Lupita Cavello and sir.Rob Cavello..u two are the best!!!❤️❤️

Experiencia negativa: Almost unbelievably unprofessional. The only good thing I can say is I got to see how bad they were on day one. Please don’t waste your time like I did. For 4% + $295 fee, you’d think they wouldn’t stand you up like a bad tinder date. I foolishly thought I was paying more for better service. On Saturday, I emailed and then they called me back regarding looking at a property that they had for sale. I set an appointment with a Salas realtor to show me the house on Sunday and esigned a contract with her. I also set an appointment for them to come and look at my house that I’m selling on Thursday, fully intending on using them for that too. The contract I did sign doesn’t look right to me the way the signatures were in the wrong places for me and my husband, but whatever, I was going to offer to sign a paper contract to fix this if she needed it fixed when we met Sunday. I confirmed the Sunday showing with the contracted realtor. I took off time from our business and with my family to drive for an hour. The realtor GHOSTS us. She just no call, no showed. Finally ONE HOUR past the showing time appointment, the agent called me and told me she had spoken to a person at the property earlier that day and was informed that the house was sold. Keep in mind that Salas is the realtor that listed this house for sale. But they had to find this out from the home owner, and then never told me. No one even apologized for leaving me at the house with no one there. No one has called or emailed me from their company. No one thought to tell me about or show me other properties. No one has thought to do anything other than just waste my time. I did email a written termination of my contract and explain what happened. No one cares enough to follow up. All this after I explained to the realtor and my time constraints, and that we are moving to be closer to my daughter with severe medical issues including a brain tumor. Also, Salas, please consider this my written notice to terminate all contracts with this company since your company hasn’t replied to my messages to cancel. The contract probably isn’t legal anyway with me esigning my own name for my husband. Do better.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience with the Salas team! Our agent Elisa is a godsend. We were overseas when we started the process so there was of apprehension and we are first time home buyers- talk about scary. But with Elisa our worries were put to rest. She was extremely thorough in showing us the homes, leaving nothing out. She answered our numerous questions, adjusted to our 14 hour time difference and was super patient. She stayed in constant communication and kept us updated on everything which was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond and even told us about the area as it is our first time in Texas. We could not ask for a better experience.
