She was our buyer's agent as first time home buyers, and was able to answer the endless questions we had throughout the long, grueling process that is home buying. From the initial phone call after we showed interest in a house, all the way to the closing date of the home we decided on, working with Ellie made this process exciting through all the stress. She was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and would even set up several showings the day before we would go to see them. She was very knowledgeable for a fairly new realtor, and had strong connections with mortgage loan officers from credible banks, which made communication between our realtor and loan officer so much easier. Ellie was also fierce and forthright in her negotiations before final closing, showing she will do whatever it takes for her clients to acquire a home to satisfactory standards. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their home, and is not afraid to walk away from a deal if they aren't satisfied or have concerns. My realtor, Megan Helget, worked around the clock to answer any and all questions I had--even long after the house was purchased. She was always very professional and makes you feel well prepared throughout the process. If she didn't know the answer, she would put in the work to get one in a very timely manner. They really have a good team of professionals--from the inspectors to the various contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc they consult from when needed) to the financial advice provided by Fairway Mortage's Nick Kiesow--all working together to make sure your purchase will be a good investment. No question was too small for them and everyone was well accomodated during the process. Good explanations, easy to follow handouts, and clear communication was utilized to the fullest throughout. Thanks to them, I was able to work around my hectic schedule as a day-and-night-shift healthcare worker to find a place that really met my needs at an affordable rate. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for their future home.

Experiencia fantástica: My first (and forever) home purchase, and Dan Stratton with The Tyler Goff Group patiently guided me through the process. For almost 2 years he worked with me to find the perfect property and gave me valuable and expert advice each step of the way.

Experiencia negativa: Definitely do not use this company! If you value your time and money, this is not the place for you! I used one of their supposed realtors by the name of Bryan Anfinson and I got shafted! I was an out of state buyer so I couldn’t look at the property but Bryan went out for me. He failed to accurately describe the property and then never came out on final walkthrough! This clown of an agent never had my best interest it that was obvious at the end. After the shafting, I called the Tyler Goff group & you think they cared? Nope. They did offer to sell the property without sellers fees but the agent they sent was worse than Bryan if you can believe that. In the end, I found a very reputable realtor that took care of my property and my needs. These people shouldn’t be allowed to sell fertilizer! I pray that no one has to have the experience I had with Tyler Goff or Bryan Anfinson! Horrible experience and IMHO, horrible people! You all should be ashamed of yourself and I definitely will be filing a complaint with the licensing board!
