She was very knowledgeable and helped get us get a 15k decrease on the original listing price with a builder that normally doesn’t negotiate price. Teresa also pointed us to a great third party inspector that went a long way in catching mistakes that we didn’t see initially which attributes to Teresa’s eye for quality inspectors too. The home she found for us also came with 25k worth of incentives so we went to closing with no closing costs and a 5.2% interest rate, which is great considering what the rates were in December when we closed on the home. 100% recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a great home at a fair price.

She is patient, responsive, and thorough and took the time to guide us through everything... from understanding the buying and selling process, to offering suggestions (when asked) about what we should/shouldn't update to get more money out of our condo, to reviewing contracts for accuracy, and even providing recommendations for reputable inspectors. Buying and selling a home is stressful, but a lot of that stress is alleviated when you have a rock star realtor in your corner. We had a few bumps along the way with an offer being withdrawn, but that didn't faze Lori. We just kept discussing strategy and making adjustments to keep offers flowing in for the condo. I was also quite impressed with Lori's tactfulness and negotiating skills. We would have overpaid for our new home and wouldn't have gotten nearly what we did for buyer's credits after the home inspection if Lori hadn't paid close attention to tidbits of information about how motivated the seller was. Through multiple calls with the listing agent, she respectfully got a pulse on what we should offer, combed through details of the inspection, and set the stage for an aggressive but fair offer that was accepted. Experiencia negativa: I worked with Kyle on a new home purchase & a duplex sale. Kyle was attentive & good to work with at first but that changed when I started to notice that he made multiple false claims. He claimed that he could rent or sell my home for free if I purchased a new build home with him as my rep which is not allowed by Austin Reality. He also negotiated poorly & purposely caused issues with the buyer's agent during the sale of my duplex. Kyle illegally withheld communication updates from the buyer & their agent, updates that were specifically directed to me. My property was under contract for over 2 months before he decided to pull a fast one & tried to get a 4% to 2% commission split in his favor. Of course there was a struggle over this which he lost. This delayed my closing for weeks & caused issues with my 10-31 exchange. Kyle promised me a 1% rebate & a 1000 USD credit via email with his manager copied for my next deal. Kyle failed to deliver again & now refuses to honor his word again. I am deeply disappointed in him & in my experience with Realty Austin.

She really goes above and beyond to make the home searching experience smooth, comfortable and provided confidence when I did decide on the final property. I was completely new to the home buying market and she was not only a great realtor but a mentor throughout it all. Though she had many clients while working with me, she truly made me feel like a priority. For every home tour I felt I could trust her advice on anything and was very knowledgeable about the whole process.
