Negative experience: These people are currently harassing me for $102. I emailed them when I was moving out due to an end of an relationship with a significant other but they still trying to charge me for being there the full time of the lease and including a late fee. No emails until after a year after I move out and there still manage that house. Just when you think they cant get any lower..... they find a way.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful company to deal with. Takes weeks to get back to you, very unprofessional with communication. They took our money for applications and then didn’t do their jobs to help us get into a home. Seems like they make their money with application fees, it shouldn’t take two weeks to let someone know if they were denied for a home. This happened with both homes we tried to rent. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company to rent through whether you’re a tenant or owner.

Fantastic experience: So the ladies in the office are always nice I was on duty at work and still able to contact some one about the incident that occured in my house with the front door panel, also About putting the light in which, I'm unable to find that type of bulb to do on my own right away. Positive experience: This is a difficult review to give. The apartment quality, I would give 2 stars. The communications with the office initially was rough, some of the maintenance requests took longer than expected and required additional coordination on my part. At the end of the tenancy, communication had vastly improved. I needed to break my lease early. They were extremely helpful and transparent in the process!

Negative experience: Worst management ever . They do not consider peoples health or well being . They reuse old wood and recycled things to fix there units . They have mold in walls and just repaint over it .you can submit work orders just for them to ignore them and then charge you for the issues when you move out .these people are lazy workers .from the ladies in the office to the horrible maintenance guys they provide . Do not work with these people if you want a piece of mind .they are scammers !!

Negative experience: Worst property management ever, first and foremost we pay rent for a property to have fully functioning items like A/C and drawers that all function properly. We’ve submitted multiple tickets for multiple concerns and each time took months for a repair to even happen and at best a mediocre repair because starr doesn’t want to pay the contractors a fair amount. Before we got in The place was dirty and backyard was filthy, grass in front and back dead. When we moved they kept our deposit for damages that were already there on our first walk in inspectionand worded differently on exit inspection to force the repairs, that had tickets for repairs, to come out of the renters deposit. Would not recommend anyone to rent through star. Wouldn’t give them any stars but 1 is the minimum.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT, SAID I PAINTED A WALL I NEVER PAINTED(I HAVE PROOF AND TIMESTAMPS OF THE DAY I MOVED IN FOR THE WALL AND BLINDS) charged me a cleaning fee and carpet fee when I have receipts from when I got everything cleaned, I talked to Debbie and she said she would investigate it and get back to me the following Monday, its been two weeks and I have yet to hear from them. My cousin moved into my old unit and I guarantee they will do the same to her! STAY AWAY FROM STARR PROPERTY, I am in the process of talking to a lawyer about this. Thanks!

Negative experience: Terrible place to rent from. They contribute to the slum lords of stockton. I rented a home from them and on move in the place wash trashed so we made sure to document thoroughly. 2 years later we move out and get hit with a bill of 2700 for move out claiming we did extensive damage. We argued and supplied move in pictures.2 weeks later we get a check for 300 they still want to keep nearly all our 2000 deposit. So we will be filing with the court. Do not let them bully you if you have already made the choice to rent from them.

Negative experience: This has got to be 1 of the worst property management places!! Repairs go unfixed! They raise rent and say it's for pest control and a gardener that doesn't exist. They try to charge extra monthly and claim it's for utilities, but those utilities are already included in your rent. The unit had mice but we were told it was pest and rodent free. Code enforcement issued over 200 citations in a 2 and a half year span, which they just paid off and never told the owner about. Section 8 issued citations for repairs and Starr did the bare minimum and never corrected the issues totally. Also if your unit goes into abatement like mine did, they would rather issue you an eviction notice then have to answer to section 8 about the issues that caused the abatement status. Unfortunately Starr property is really the only management company that accepts section 8, so if you have a voucher you pretty much have to settle for rundown, unkept units and deal with rude, uneducated staff at Starr! My advice is RUN as fast as you can if you have the chance to cuz they are slumlords only worried about getting that rent money and don't care about their tenants at all.

Negative experience: Elvia is terrible. We rented from them for about a year and nothing was disclosed about gang activity of gun violence in the area, and they tried to keep our entire deposit and charge us more money on top of it when the house was left in better condition than when we moved in. I had to bring up obtaining a lawyer for them to give the full deposit back.

Negative experience: Even Starr Property responses to some of these reviews are unprofessional. I moved out of a property earlier this year mainly due to roof repairs not being done. Lost use of 1 of our 2 bedrooms for about 2 months due to a leaky roof. They kept a portion of my deposit to repaint the interior. I had nothing on the walls! Also charged me for an air filter that was not present at move in and not on the walk through sheet. I ended up moving next door, and well my new Neighbors are experiencing the same room leak cause Starr didn't fix it! They do not fix anything! Never renting from Starr again.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE COMPANY TO RENT FROM !!! If you are looking for an apartment to rent do not rent through Starr. They don't want to fix anything but want to make sure they get their money. They take forever to get back to you about a complaint, about your application and anything else. They will tell you they have 21 days to return your deposit but you will NEVER get it back in full or back at all. They are notorious for keeping your money. This has been the worst experience ever and i highly recommend not renting from them. Very unprofessional & SCAMMERS !! Make sure you have a lawyer on stand by if you rent from them

Negative experience: They will try to scam you. My girlfriend and I were looking for a cheaper place to live and we came across this property management that had pretty low prices so we thought we’d apply. We found the 121 N Central Ave unit in Lodi and when I first went to check it out and walk through it was still dirty like they hadn’t cleaned it since the last family left, even had a bunch of old cardboard boxes on the side of the house. They told me before we moved in that they would have someone come through and clean again just to find out when we did move in that they didnt and we basically had to clean it all ourselves including the old boxes on the side of the house, we just didn’t really mind because we were excited about being accepted and having a new home. We stayed for the one year lease and decided to move out once the lease was up and when we got the report for our security deposit, we saw they were trying to keep our deposit and charge us like an additional $1000. They tried to charge us to repaint the house just because of a couple nails we had up to hang a mirror and a couple other decorations which was around $1000 alone, they tried to charge us for a closet door in the bedroom that was literally never there to begin with which was another $200, they charged us for window screens that weren’t there either, they charged us with a huge cleaning fee even though we had left it much cleaner than it was when we first arrived, along with some other smaller nonsense. This is a dirty company that is clearly taking advantage of first time renters, I remember seeing all the bad reviews when we first found this place and I really wish we listened to them because we’re still going back and forth with them over this. Definitely stay clear of this place I would give negative stars if it was available.

Negative experience: The worst. The managers communicate disrespectfully, every time over the past several years. No matter who, it's condescending -- even if you are kind. They treat you horribly. Barely ever fix issues. Maintenance requests will be pending for months-years. Most never fixed unless a HIGH legal hazard like no working toilets. Increase rent. Yet hold every small thing against you, and communicate it disrespectfully. They aren't there for you at all. Just themselves. Not professional, kind, or decent in any manner.

Negative experience: To anyone who’s looking to rent under Starr Property Management, you might want to look somewhere else. They take FOREVER (sometimes never) to respond to repair requests. I lived in a really old apartment and I had a plumbing issue that needed to be fixed. I filed a repair request more than three times and even handed the request form to the receptionist. I waited weeks, months—nothing! It was not resolved. When the issue got worse, that’s when they finally repaired it. Due to the apartment being old, bugs started crawling into the crevices of the apartment. My apartment pretty much became infested with ants, slugs, and cockroaches when the plumbing issue got worse. The property’s perimeter looked like a marshland and the pests would seek refuge in the apartment. The pest issue could have been prevented if they fixed the plumbing issue soon enough. They would raise my rent annually at the maximum percentage that they could go for. (My rent increased 62% within 5 years… sad). I understand why this is happening, and I can’t get mad at Starr PM for raising my rent; they were just doing their job per request of the landlord, okay. But what I find unfair is that, as a tenant who’s NEVER missed a payment during my tenancy, I do NOT deserve to be given a hostile attitude and be treated rudely by the property manager (Cynthia) when I’m in need of help and expect me to deal with the property’s problem on my own. A tenant dealing and solving the property’s problem defeats the purpose of hiring a property manager! Cynthia should’ve been the one taking care of the problem, not me! It’s not worth what I’m paying for; I lost so much money while renting under Starr PM. I always had to look for a handyman to help fix the problems on the property. I had to pay the handyman out of my own pocket. Bottom line is, don't expect Starr PM to help you when you have issues or emergencies on the property, they are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to deal with. They don’t care about their tenants—they only care about collecting the rent money! They’re also very clever; they will use the rental contract agreement against you for everything. It favors them and the landlord. They find loopholes against their tenants. You’ll end up paying for fees. Not only that, they will also use the California law and threat to report you to the credit bureaus if you don’t pay them fees. They also threat their tenants with raising their rent for the most outrageous reasons/demands. I had a neighbor that had their trash bin on the side of their apartment and Starr PM sent them a letter stating that they will raise their rent if they don’t put their trash bin in the backyard. Here’s another funny one; during the summer, most of the lawns on my neighborhood have dried up. Cynthia sent us a letter stating that we have to make our lawns green within 16 days of receiving the letter, or else they will raise our rent. We were also required to take a picture of the lawn as proof that we were being compliant. My next door neighbors and I found it ridiculous that we have to make the grass green within SIXTEEN DAYS. On an unrelated note, Cynthia opens mails of previous tenants. That’s not good. To landlords looking to hire Starr PM to manage their properties... Good luck. They don't physically inspect the properties they manage. They solely rely on tenants’ photos and the checklist that they give them. They really reinforce their non-contact policy. I didn’t realize it’s been many years since they last inspected my apartment. I talked to a maintenance guy who works for a different property management and he said Starr PM should be doing rental inspections annually. Unfortunately they don’t, and that is very unprofessional of them. So don't be surprised if your property ends up looking like a slum on the inside. If you submitted an application and got rejected by this property management, please do not feel bad. Consider yourself very lucky. You just saved yourself from all the headaches, frustrations, and loss of money that you would've experienced if you rented under Starr PM.

Negative experience: I just called this place at 9:15 am Jan 23, 2023. They said they will ONLY take cash payments and has to be dropped off at the "drop box" and so I asked "How am I to get a receipt?" The lady said " We will mail you a receipt sounds shady, shady! We all know not to pay in cash!

Rude on the phone when asked about getting thing fixed, and once things were report to me as "fixed", the work was something that a 10 year old might have tried. Negative experience: We had to fix everything ourselves. There was a boarded up window from the last tenants and we got a letter threatening to be charged if we didn't fix it. They made a fenced area for trash cans and random people off the street would throw junk in there–we had to clean up and pay for a dump run that disgusting area after a threatening letter and I was PREGNANT! Parking was a joke, we had a paved area and people would just park every which way they liked, including in front of our garage (which was the only one with a door that opened out, so if someone parked too close I couldn't get in and out, especially when I got big). Threatening letters saying everyone had expired tags (only one car actually had expired tags). Basically, the only way to know the rules was to get a threatening letter prohibiting something.

Negative experience: Beware stay clear from this property and the property management in general… Cynthia!! I used to live here a few years ago and moved out because of bad pluming and unprofessional services. My family and I went through numerous issues with this house and each time a service request was placed the maintenance technician(s) temporarily taped things up and it would fall apart. We were charged for services that the owner and/or property manager should have taken care of. If a dispute was not filed on writing its safe to assume the tenant would be charged for the repairs and maintenance. The lawn was to be maintained but when asked if sprinklers would be installed, of course their response was no. But they however expected the tenant to keep the lawn green at the tenants expense. Cynthia, the property manager at the time was and probably still is an unreasonable and unprofessional person to work with. Anytime there was an issue with the house we would be hesitant to report it because she had threaten us and would ask that we refer back to the lease agreement that we signed when we first moved in. Who the heck refers back to the contract on every issue that comes up. We would get numerous random notices and calls from Cynthia regarding the appearance of this house as she states it was not up to par with the neighbors. Again, all maintenance is at tenants expense. Plumbing was the biggest issue, we went days without water and plumbing when we moved in. During Halloween a tenant previously before us complained about this same issue and how things were handled when an issue was brought up. Cynthia is an unreasonably and not understanding person when it comes to the tenants that are renting. It’s only about collecting the rent and slapping any maintenance request onto the tenants tab. If you should chose to rent make sure that you take pictures and write down what issues you found during the initial walk through. We were screwed because there were a few broken things, cabinets, dishwasher, blinds, dirty carpet, etc. Cynthia was going to notate it and during the final walk through she never made any notes and of Course deducted everything from my deposit making sure I walked away with a bill vs my return deposit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

Negative experience: I should’ve believed everyone when they told me to never get involved with this property management. They are disrespectful, unorganized, irresponsible & i’ve never been more upset! They worry more about their reputation than peoples situations. They rented a home to us that caught fire the SAME day we moved in for not properly inspecting the home & we lost EVERYTHING. I made a go fund me page to hopefully help recover some items we lost, & property management called harassing about it even though I did not even include their name or address in the go fund me. After what they put us through, I should have mentioned them. I am also pregnant and have a toddler so I had to grab my sleeping child out of the room when the fire happened. If my husband worked that night, me and my kids would’ve lost our life. They are also very rude & sarcastic. Instead of being compassionate to their tenants, they only care about themselves. Management is the worst & she was VERY hostile. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. There are many others, if starrr property management’s name is attached to something, WALK AWAY.

Negative experience: I paid $105.00 for application fees just to get denied due to my credit. But here is where they lied to me to get my money... I have Section 8 and my Voucher offer was $500 dollars over asking amount for the property I was applying for. Before I gave my money for app fees, Ashley, reassured me that they accept section 8, they only will run the credit check to see if I owed other previous properties and/or had evictions, NOT CREDIT! she also told me that I only need the top portion of my section 8 voucher, to check to see if I'm still active which I am. Ashley failed to tell me that if denied three times I forfeit my money that I paid $105.00. so why I'm I denied if you do not check for credit for Section 8 clients? Then... sent me an email stating they're not allowed to discuss anything with me pertaining to my application. I'm calling fair housing and the BBB, to report them monday morning.

Negative experience: I wish there was a NO STAR BUTTON!! I have been a tenant for about 9 years now. I rarely put in requests and I am never late on payment but since the original owner Dianne sold it, this company has gone down the drain. My husband and I have done a lot to this house as if we owned it because Maintenance requests are not being attended to and rent goes up every year by $125 or more. I can't wait to give my 30day notice one day and hopefully soon. I have notified the actual owner of how this property management company treats their tenants. I Would NOT RECOMMEND RENTING from this Property Management Company!!

Positive experience: If you are going to move into a Starr Properties Apartment you should be sure to take pictures of everything. be sure to check the painting because they will not paint the apartment and when you move out they will charge you for painting. Than show the apartment without painting it again so they can charge for painting again. They charged me $186 for painting and $15 for a Battery when I moved out. I thought Starr Properties was a good company to rent from but they are a rip off company.

As stated on your move in inspection that you signed the property was given to you in good clean conditions. Also stipulated on the same inspection list you would be held responsible for any paint needed minus wear and tear, property credit was given to you based on your tenancy. Please let us know if you need another copy for you to review. As for the battery replacement you also signed an addendum stating you would maintain all batteries in the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, upon your move out the batteries were not working at all therefore you were held liable for the replacement as stipulated on the lease. Our records indicate that you were returned most of your deposit minus those two items. We thank you for your tenancy and again we're very sorry to hear you disagree.

Positive experience: I have been renting from Starr for 3 years and have been incredibly disappointed with their service. Firstly, my rent has increased by 25%. In 3 years. That absurdity aside, the last repair request I gave them took 7 weeks to complete. It was my AC and it was the middle of July and August. Starr showed no haste to rectify the issue, even when the heat made the house unbearable and unsafe to live in (it was about 110°F in the house the last weeks before my AC was fixed). I ended up being the one to coordinate the plumber/AC tech to get out to my house, Starr was unresponsive. It turned out to be a powered fan, which was $100 and 30 minutes to install. But Starr couldn't even get their administrators to call a technician despite my messages. I found out today that I will now be paying for all utilities (before trash and sewer were covered) adding $100 to my monthly bill. There was no reason for the increase and Starr will not respond when I asked why this change has been made. Although this didn't increase my rent, it is yet another expense that wasn't advertised (actually was advertised as included). On top of everything, the house that I am in is 40-50 years old, incredibly drafty, and has cigarette tar coming through the ceiling in several spots (I do not smoke). Overall, I will be looking for another house soon and would warn everyone to stay away from Starr Properties at all costs. That goes for renters and landlords. They are slow, uncaring, and will apparently charge you insanely for mediocre quality housing. I would give a half star or lower is possible. **Revision**4/5/21 Starr Properties has contacted me during this time to go over this review, which I commend them for. I would like to address certain points of the response provided by Starr, and revise my rating based on conversations I have had. I will use specific numbers to reiterate my experience and hopefully remove any interpreted exaggerations. My rent was not increased less than 10%, I went from a $950 rent, to $1050, and then subsequently after that from $1050 to $1163 within a 3 year period. This means my rent increased $213, or 22.5 percent over 3 years. It would have increased by another $100 at the time of my original post, which was attributed to the cost of water/trash/sewer, but I was being double charged as I pay the water portion already. This put my rent at $1230 ($65 portion for water being doubled), which is what prompted my anger originally. Starr Properties has apologized for the overlap and has promised a reduction to these totals to make sure that only water and trash is being added to my rent. I absolutely agree that the notice was received in a timely manner, and through the proper means. But if we are being charged with a bill twice, the promptness of the notification is not the issue at hand. I sent a message via the online portal when I received the notice of increase which has still not been responded to. I will contact via phone in the future as it seems that works the best. We are all busy, this is understandable. My notice was suspended due to the fast action of Debbie Starr reaching out to me and asking how I came to these conclusions. But I wouldn't have issued notice until securing a second residence anyway. As a result of the conversation we had, we found out that there were a few instances of misunderstanding between us and by both parties. For the record, I had two appointments to view houses with the exact same amenities, newer construction, and lower rent lined up within a week. Debbie's assurances have postponed my current efforts to move, but I would like to receive confirmation of the agreed upon reductions soon. Thank you for listening to this review, reaching out to me, and reviewing the terms of our agreement in order to come up with a proper arrangement. Not everyone would have, so I am impressed and grateful for that at least.

Hello Mr. Burford,
We are rather disappointed that you would submit such a review full of incorrect information. The first increase the property owner served you was 2 years after your tenancy, and it was under 10%. After that slight increase the owner chose to leave you at the same rate until this year(2021),even with the new rate increase is still below market rent value. You did receive a charge of terms notice since you are month to month lease letting you know that you are now responsible for a portion of the water, sewer and trash bill each month as well.
All residents were informed of the utility change in a timely manner.. As for your maintenance request , it was addressed as quickly as it could have been handled. Looking back on the vendors notes the part was ordered and we could not proceed until the part was received. Once received, the part was immediately installed . Please keep in mind that while an A /C being out is an inconvenience it is not considered a habitability. Lastly, our office nor your property manager has once heard from you via email or phone call, and you are more than welcome to call us to discuss any issue you may have. It is unfair for you to write such a negative review of our office when we are simply following the property owner's request as it is their property.
As of today, we have yet to receive your written 30-day notice but wish you luck since I am sure you will discover that your rent is still if not below fair market rent based on comparable.

Negative experience: I put in an application had them try for 3 different properties they all came back declined due to credit. Thats it thats all. Very discouraging due to no details given just a decline email every time. Their loss on a great tenant however I will never refer them to anyone because I feel their clients are more important than the potential tenants. Whats funny is the first property I applied for was posted at one rent rate I was declined within 2 hours then reposted at a higher rate the next day. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK GOOD LUCK

Negative experience: I had two properties in Stockton under managment by Starr for15 years. Originally, I requested that they inspect the properties yearly as I live out of state now. For a few years they did. Then Calif passed a statute stating inspections required tenant consent except in limited circumstances. Instead of asking for consent, Starr simply stopped inspecting. I later found out LL and managers can inspect bi annually to check the smoke alarms and carbon dioxide detectors with or without tenant consent, but they still have to give notice. In any case, after 5 years, I finally requested to inspect my properties. What I found was a disaster in both cases. One had been turned into a marijuana grow operation and the entire house was ruined by water damage and steam. Every applicance lost its electronic controls, the furnace was rotted out by steam, the house was overrun by rats and cockroaches. The other house had 5 leaks which had destroyed the cabinets, floors and counters. The tenant, who had been married, was now divorced. A house that had been well maintained by the wife had been destroyed with dirt ground into the rugs, walls damaged, all the trim was banged up and damaged, water damage to the master bath with walls peeling and shower dismantled, etc. etc. The sink had to be repaired as did the bathroom floor immediately, as they presented a health and safety hazard. I relied on Debbie to hire competent repair people to address it. When I came back to inspect, it turned out the work was substandard. The tile had been repaired with black grout instead of white, the tile wasn't level, the cabinet was not replaced but jerry rigged, the bathroom floor was uneven and lumpy, among other problems. I paid $1700 for terrible work. Then, during this time Diane sold the business to her sister, Debbie, so when I wanted Diane's tel number to talk to her, Debbie wouldn't give it to me, even though all this had happened on Diane's watch. Then Debbie denied any liablity for not inspecting, for not "managing the properties., and for the substandard work of her subcontractors. All they want to do is collect rents, pay bills and send out incompetent repair people. DO NOT USE THEM.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had to request pest control, they were on it. I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling, they sent a plumber to fix the upstairs bathroom where it was coming from. I needed the tree out front cut back from the house, they had it done. Sliding door replaced as well. I was nervous moving in because we only had half a fence on one of the neighbors sides and they said after I moved in that the owner would pay half if the neighbors paid the other. Being a previous home owner I understood and put boards up myself. Starr property May not have the best star rating but they have come through with every maintenance request So far and the staff is friendly as well.

Negative experience: Warning do not rent from them they are unprofessional and lie about everything I was approved for a place back in December and was waiting to get into my place that I was approved for and they kept giving me the run around whole time remind you I had keep coming back in fourth from Las Vegas to Stockton making it inconvenient for me I’m just so lost right now.they had sold the place and I ran into someone who knows about the company from inside out and that person told me everything I been homeless for 3 months waiting on nothing so I was told I can take them to court on negligence false information and that’s what I’m going do because they should have been honest from the start no I’m still homeless starting all over again I just can’t believe how people treat others smh karma will Catch up to them real soon I really believed in this company and I should’ve listened to the reviews

Negative experience: This property management company is crooked - they require a $35 application fee - which is standard, HOWEVER, I applied (with a co-signer) and paid $70 cash - they said I didn't include the application fees, therefore they never ran my application. Furthermore: they don't remove listings once properties are rented, so they keep accepting applications for properties that are unavailable. Do NOT trust this company- they are liars and thieves.

I received your message today about your concerns about our application process. I called you back twice, but you have not returned my call.

You applied with our company on 6/11/2020 for an apartment which was available when you applied, you were processed on 6/12/2020 and we called you on 6/16/2020 to let you know that another application was accepted. Your application was on file for 30 days, in which we did not hear from you if you were interested in another property.

Our office is closed to the public and we have had to make changes to our application process which is explained on ext 152 when calling our office.

If an application is turned in on a property that has an approved application, we will contact the applicant and ask them if they would like their application fee back or continue processing the application as they are good for 30 days for all of our properties.

Properties are not removed from our website until the deposit is paid by the approved applicant.

You were always welcome to have called our office sooner if you had these concerns, and we would have been happy to answer any questions to avoid confusion.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but a good experience with Starr Property. They have been nothing but helpful & professional during this entire time of searching for a home. Jessica has been the one assisting me. She has been very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had regarding the application process. We haven't heard if we'll get the home, but they have been nothing but a great experience.

Negative experience: Was really excited about a find, and it took me a minute to get a hold of someone. When I finally got an answer their customer service was very unwelcoming. During a time like this where viewing a house is difficult, you want to know as much as you can before submitting an application for a house without being able to view the property first, and the staff member was no help. For sure not renting from them.

Negative experience: I’ve been very kind with the entire staff throughout my process. I was told by Debbie that it seemed like everyone is moving and they are getting almost 50 applications for one property. If you do the math 50x $35 (application fee) $1,750 off application fees. This property management are literally allowing individuals to turn in application when they already have candidates. It’s very unfair and in a way they’re scamming people.

Yes, you are correct the rental markets has been insane. Let me remind you that when you fill out application with our office you will see where it states owner will take the most qualified applicant. You will also remember your application is good with our office for 30 days to find a place without recharging an additional application fee. I looked up your application you applied for 5 different properties with our office. So, if you do the math 35x5 properties you would have paid $175 dollars in application fees. You may want to take note that out of the $35 we accrue the following out of pocket cost to process a application, credit report, background check and employee time processing the application. So, looks like we saved you money since you were approved with our office and are a current tenant of ours now. So, if we are scamming people why did you still decide to rent from us .You have been a good tenant and I am glad you were able to find a place to rent.

Fantastic experience: We just applied for a home. And according to these reviews, I'm not sure i agree. They have been very professional and very responsive in a very timely manner. Every phone called returned. They even scheduled us to view the home when they weren't showing it. (Scheduled viewing). We haven't even heard if we'll get the house or not, but so far they've been awesome!!
