Positive experience: Overall nice place, backyard has an old dog pen and overgrown, there’s an exposed wire where the doorbell should be, and someone left a turd in the toilet

Negative experience: I was visiting one of my client's and some weird man ran up on me all abrasive yell he was going to call the police and have my car towed! I was in total shock attempting to figure out what the issue was! I am barely 5'3. Big guy screaming. I felt threatened! Whoever the individual was that did not identify himself if ridiculous and his behavior was disgusting!!

Fantastic experience: Without expecting this company to hold my hand from start to finish…you NEED to take the initiative to go for what you want in a proper fashion…and I did just that! I’m ready for my new home! Thank you for allowing the brain cells to work as they should…lol Much love, peace, and blessings!

Negative experience: ALMOST A MONTH WITHOUT HOT WATER!!! if not for my husband calling they would of never contacted us back, before they were very much on top of the portal when assistance needed but now it's been since Friday and no update or solution just vague answers, I HAVE A 1 YEAR OLD MANAGEMENT?!?!?!?!

Fantastic experience: I rent from Turnkey and everyone are the nicest people who make u comfortable when dealing with them abt your rental property. They take care of anything in a timely manner and they actually care. I’m very happy renting from them without hassles and the way they take care of their tenants is amazing.De’Ara and Mark made sure I got taken care of every step of the way and welcomed me back again with open arms. Fantastic experience: Professionalism is alive and well in 2025 and it resides at Turnkey Property Management! I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding kindness and respect I was treated with as a patron at the office, especially by Ashley. If you're looking for a property management team that gets things done, and does them the right way, then look no further!

Negative experience: Working with Turnkey Property Management to me was equal to lack of transparency, inflated repair costs by 2-3 folds, terrible communication and customer service, bureaucracy, and unnecessary paperwork. If you are an owner working with TK and need to talk to them regarding your property immediately, you are likely have to wait for a few days to receive a phone call from them. You're most likely to receive inflated repair services for your property every month! I have been with them for a few months and I have not received even one full-month rent so far! Lastly, given the fact that I'm a hands-on person myself, I once went and checked on the work that their repairman suggested fixing and realized some of the work especially electrical was tampered with (examples like disconnecting the wires to the ceiling halogens and claiming that ​it needed replacement). In short, I did not find Turnkey Property Management honest and responsible towards the owners who trusted them with renting and managing heir property.

Fantastic experience: Ashely was very thorough and precise. Covered all aspects of my lease in detail, made sure I felt comfortable and understood all policies. Very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend leasing with turnkey.

Negative experience: I do not recommend renting from Turnkey Property Management. Although the process of starting the lease and moving in was easy and pleasant, my experience after move in has been awful. I have been battling with them for weeks about getting my air fixed, but they won’t fix it and just say that it’s hot outside. My air is still broke. Yet they’re charging me for maintenance making the repairs and they won’t have someone else come back out.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a pleasant experience renting/leasing before. Everything has been explained so well and pain and stress free. I really felt valued as a lessee.

Fantastic experience: Me and my four children has been with turn key properties for two years and we have had a very smooth ride I can’t believe how patient and supportive they have been too us and we can surely appreciate the opportunity to be there tenants and remain they’re tenants I wouldn’t choose no other property management company over them ever and I’m 32 years old I use to move when my lease expired but now I found a company that I’m proudly to say I’ll prefer to buy the homes they share with us because they are safe secure and satisfying for all needs for a single mom with four kids anything ever was needed TurnKey properties has show us who we can always depend on forever and always they make us feel like family and I’m sure of this because me and my friends have them as our landlords and we all have the same suggestion for women with children to move in with this company
