In our case, we felt the recommended rent was lower than current market value, and there was encouragement to delay the tenants’ move-in date longer than we preferred. While we understand her approach was likely made with the tenants’ needs in mind, a stronger balance between advocating for the owners’ interests and those of the renters would have been ideal. Overall, Jordan is a dedicated and attentive property manager who made the leasing process much easier for us. With some fine-tuning on pricing strategy, her service would be even stronger.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a place to rent and noticed this company was managing multiple places me and the rest of the household was very interested with. After getting in contact we were able to see all the other properties they were managing in multiple different areas in the bay area. The application process is pretty long and standard but is nice a thorough. I've met with Jordan and so far has been great to work with. We've recently moved in a few weeks ago and have been able to ask questions about the property throughout the whole beginning of the move. This has been very helpful to understand the limitations and requirements of the porperty owners. The houses I've seen were also nicely presented. If there is anything I need to change I could easily ask Jordan if this can be done and she has been nice and responsive. Definitely recommend using this company as either a consumer or owner. No need to manage the issues yourself, but have another company help answer your problems. Thank you so much Jordan!
