Positive experience: Once I called to set up my account. The employee was friendly and helpful. There was a slight communication issue with us. I had to ask several questions for guidance and the instructions from the rental management was very misleading. Overall it was a decent experience. I asked where I could change my account from debit to direct withdraw to keep from being charged a process fee of 31 dollars and was told that could be done on the profile which was incorrect.

Fantastic experience: needed my statement for my rental deposit even though my apartment switch over to another Company . Leyn was very helpful and got me my statement emailed quickly

Positive experience: Had issues with enrollment where I ended up being added on the account twice.(long story) any way while I may have had to call back 3 different times to have my issue resolved it was a pleasant experience with customer care.

Negative experience: Deposit Cloud is unable to send my refund by check to my mailbox. I frequently get mail from other businesses, so it’s not a problem with my address. When I asked why, they told me they don’t know because they use a third party to send the checks. When I asked for certified mail, they said it’s not possible. When I asked for confirmation they are sending to the correct address, they said they could not because they could not communicate with the third party that handles the checks. I’m not sure what function deposit cloud provides if they don’t know any details about my refund. They keep asking for my bank details to make a direct transfer but based on this experience (I moved out mid-oct and it is now Dec 27) I cannot trust them with any sensitive materials because they have no control over the refunds they are supposed to process and presumably no control over the security of their systems.

If you choose any other method, you wont know the total charge until AFTER you submit the payment. I give 4 stars for their customer service. The lady who assisted me was very kind and patient. Fantastic experience: Dii at DirectCloud is an Angel! She was so knowledge and helpful in directing me how to get my dead mother’s security deposit back from Barrett Walk Apartments. I had moved out then spend over a week cleaning everything in both my apartment and my mom’s. Dii gave me the link to send the death certificate and all necessary information to process the refund. Please give her a raise, salary, bonus! She kept calling me to make sure I got all the correct info and waited while I checked! Excellent customer service! Especially for a grieving client who is still full- time caregiver to her father. Dii is so wonderful! I appreciate you!
