Fantastic experience: My husband and I were referred to Majsan and the Novak team by our son Alex, who is also a realtor in California. We wanted to find a home close to family living in Washington. We could not have asked for a better realtor to help us explore so many different homes. We appreciated the extra time Masjan took to answer our silly questions, calm my anxiety and nerves, and making sure to follow up with any loose ends. Majsan cares about her clients and the quality of work she does- and it shows.

Negative experience: VERY PUSHY!!! I was looking at houses online and now for the last 2 weeks these guys wont stop calling all hrs of the day including Late night and Early morning. Even on the weekends they feel the need to harass people. Just because i was looking at houses DOESN'T MEAN I WANT TO TALK TO YOU! Definitely not a good tactic to obtain customers. So if you're looking for a house and dont want to be harassed day and night stay clear from these guys! (This is for the Novak Team) please save your " The number one complaint about real estate agents" BS!!! You can follow up with out it being borderline harassment. The excessive calls and emails are very unprofessional pushy and not needed! Again 1 follow up call or 1 Email, what ever but you guys are relentless. Get your team on the same page and STOP harassing people that could potentially want to use you guys.

Fantastic experience: We have had an amazing experience working with Rachael and Mary and the rest of the Novak team. They listened to our needs and wants for houses and arranged viewings quickly, but all real estate agents do that part. Fantastic experience: My wife and I decided we needed to downsize and move to a single story home as we were getting older and the stairs were starting to be a problem. My wife had two knee and a foot surgeries so we wanted a place that was easier to keep up and get around in. In addition, our daughter wanted us to move closer to her in Snohomish. We had been looking for several months in the Snohomish area. But finding a house we liked was difficult. There were few ramblers for sale. Our daughter found this one and sent us the location. My wife and I were late getting to the open house but the owner let us in to take a look. We went back the next day to attend the next open house. There we met Emerald Doi. She was very personable and accommodating. We asked her to help us make an offer on the house. She did a great job of leading us through the process and let us know what would be taking place. We made an offer and during the following couple of weeks, even though we were on vacation part of the time, she sent us the paperwork and explained it to us. She walked us through each step. She was very responsive when we had questions. Our offer was accepted and we are now getting ready to move in. The process is complicated and Emerald did a great job. We would recommend her to our friends.

Fantastic experience: We love living in South Snohomish County, but, as retired seniors, in recent years we have increasingly found that living in a 2 story house with the bedrooms on the second floor is less and less practical. We wanted to downsize, and we needed a single level house, preferably new or at least requiring no renovation. We also hoped to find this single level, new or updated house in the same general area. Unfortunately, over four frustrating years of fruitless searching, we learned that such a house was, if not impossible, extremely hard to find. Last fall we signed with Jyn McBratney of The Novak Team for help in finding this rarest of gems. Jyn spent considerable time making sure she understood exactly what we were looking for and (with her co-worker Emerald) set about finding a place that matched our needs. Next week we’ll be moving into our new construction one floor home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a beautiful lake, three parks, plenty of shopping and restaurants. Jyn and the Novak Team have exceeded our expectations during the entire process. They have clearly gone above and beyond, handing the offer process, coordinating the financing process (we are waiting to sell our existing home until after we move), troubleshooting the raft of issues that have come up in dealing with multiple sub-contractors during the build, and generally making sure that things are going as well as possible for us. I came to Destiny with a house I was interested in and she suggested a buyer consultation with Mike, which I didn’t know was very much necessary. From that consultation I learned all the ins and outs about a first time home purchase and what to expect that I had no idea about. From the date we first met to when we made an offer, was about 3 days. I ended up not getting that house (14+ offers higher and better than mine) but I was informed that might be the case when we submitted. Less than 2 weeks later I found a house I was highly interested in seeing. Mike and Destiny were once again attentive, responsive, and proactive throughout the whole process, and made sure we were well-informed and comfortable with every decision. They coordinated with the agents of the new construction development of my now home, the builder agents, and the builder lenders who helped me secure my new house, and ensured that all the deadlines were met and the transactions went smoothly. Even when I was out of the country during the closing week! Mike and Destiny, along with their colleague Robin, also arranged drywall repair to blinds I didn’t want installed, but that the builder refused to not install to be repaired before I moved in. From the very beginning.. the staging of the house, listing, price negotiation and sale , it was an absolute pleasure. This was our 6th home and by far the easiest to list and sell. Fantastic experience: My husband and I just bought our home, and Taylor and Chuck were with us every step of the way. We probably saw fifty homes before deciding, and they were extremely patient with how indecisive (and picky) we were. They advised us on what to look for and what to avoid, and paired us with a mortgage broker who helped us close early to get into our home before the holidays. Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of using the Novak Team for the sale of a home this past summer. Our situation was different in that we live out of state so the entire transaction was handled remotely, except an initial in-person visit. The team communicated with us on a consistent basis and made arrangements for many things for us due to our status of being 600 miles away. It was comforting to know things would be handled even though we weren't there to oversee the things that needed taken care of prior to listing and prior to sale. If you are home shopping now, you know the market it insane and realtors are inundated with work... from Day 1 I felt like a priority, and never felt like they didn't have time, or I was taking too long to find a house, or had too many questions etc. They just always had time for us.
