Negative experience: Trash HOA. You get approved for a home improvement and perform the improvement then get harassed every year because they changed property managers and don't bother to check the files that the improvement was authorized. Total thorn in my side and stressful having to prove to them every year they authorized my changes.

He was able to handle my call by first fully understanding my issue and then providing some options and not once telling me it was my fault. Fantastic experience: Friday, October 3, 2025 Miss Mercy answered my questions in a pleasant manner. As for Goodwin, this resident is very displeased. The first time ever he has encountered a fee, $1.50, for making an ACH payment is with Mr. Goodwin. There is absolutely no excuse for this charge when the very elevated quarterly HOA fees are considered. This is a very unhappy resident who will speak with other residents. 10/3/25
