He's the only one who actually takes the time to review over the notes he notes down and does a fantastic job on his work! Would highly recommend him to do more work around our house anytime something needs to be fixed!

Fantastic experience: Larry from Larry's maintenance came over today and was able to work many hours in helping us with our window moisture problem. He put time and effort into our windows and we appreciate him very much and would always ask for him if we can. Liberty property Management has worked well with us and we're very happy with them.

Negative experience: I would’ve gladly been a customer, but this company makes it too difficult to apply and when you call and try to talk to someone They won’t even Let you ask simple question, you are referred back to their website For application Process.Sad for someone who is well qualified. Not helpful and unable to answer any questions. I will not be furthering my application process with them.

Fantastic experience: Carla was an absolute godsend. Our lease with our current apartments end this month so we were anxious about finding a new house before March 1st. I submitted our application Monday and we were approved Wednesday! Carla was incredibly prompt with her communication and very thorough on the application process. I was impressed with how fast she was with communication. Tomorrow we check out the house we got approved for and will be signing the lease in the next few days. Thank you for everything Carla!!! Fantastic experience: Inspector Luis was very nice and friendly when he arrived for our scheduled inspection. He listened attentively to my concerns and shared he will document them for mgt...even though Liberty is only a phone call away. Recently my central heat began to fail and needed a part replaced. Cameron from "Heater Man" told me that he was going to order a part for it. Meanwhile I had to use 3 space heaters as it is the middle of winter. Several days go by with no contact from him or Mgt. I then call Cameron and he told me he needs to check and see if the part came in. Eventually Cameron returned to fix the unit on the roof. Cameron also shared that I should have received a call back or some type of an update notification from Liberty for a progress report. My utility bill just came in a cpl days back and it has a hugh increase on the electric portion of the bill. Inspector Luis shared that the space heaters will run the bill up more than the cost of using central heat. Being cold as hell in the middle of the winter...ppl need to be warm...it works great and now I need the electric fireplace ignitor fixed so i can keep the cool air from coming into my livingroom. I sm sure that will be fixed soon as well.

Positive experience: I’ve been with Liberty Property Mangement for over three years now and this is by far the best service I’ve ever received from any meld put in. The gentleman from the repair company was so friendly and great! He saw that we don’t wear shoes in our house and took his shoes off immediately. I told him my kids were still sleeping and he repaired everything so quietly and then when my children did wake up, he greeted them and as he was leaving gave them all high fives. I wasn’t just another renter needing something fixed, I and my little family were people. It was nice to have.

Negative experience: My experience dealing with LPM was a complete waste of time. Not sure why they even have an office too when they don’t provide any useful services.

Negative experience: Marlene McCoy is the most obnoxious, rude and unpleasant person I have ever experienced in my life. Stay away from this property management firm. Friends warned me about them but I made the terrible decision to give them the benefit of the doubt and applied anyway. Big mistake. I was denied even though I make 4x the rent, have a credit score over 750, never been evicted or arrested and showed proof of on time payments for the last 4 years of my last lease which I lived at for 10 years. It’s clear that I was denied by Marlene solely because of my sex, gender, race, religion or skin color.

Fantastic experience: Eric Pierson was very helpful. The only reason I’m giving them five stars is because of him. The other people I spoke to were rude and had horrible customer service skills. Thank you Eric for your help and great communication skills.

Negative experience: Liberty management appears to be ineffective in addressing community concerns. For instance, I reported a boat parked in a neighbor's front driveway and provided a photograph. However, Diane Wallace, the property manager, seems to selectively enforce community rules. She also shared my photo with the neighbor. I have big concerns and will be getting ahold of the ceo

Negative experience: Terrible company at communicating with potential clients looking to rent a home. Submitted application about 3 weeks ago, never updated or anything in between the process. Got an email saying i need a co-applicant due to no rental history (totally fine as it is my first time renting so it is understandable). Come to find out, the home I applied for has been already rented out. What exactly was the point in sending an email if the home is not available? Application fee down the drain as it is non refundable. If I had not called for an update, i'm sure my co-applicants fee would have also been a waste. Terrible communication skills.

Positive experience: This was reported on 7/3. I was surprised that we were able to get someone out that evening. We did spend the 7/4 holiday weekend without AC, but it was understandable given the holiday. I called in on 7/7 and the person I spoke with responded quickly with approval from the owner. The vendor was able to come out the next day and the AC is running better than it was last year. I appreciate the quick response on this matter.

Negative experience: Do NOT trust their builders or HVAC, they cut corners and point fingers. Been in my house 3yrs, within the 1st year leakage out of vents, PAID the service fee for them (HVAC) can blame the builders and yup the builders blamed the HVAC; paid outside ppl to fix. Year 2.7 water heater COMPLETELY NOT working, water didn't/ not draining at bottom, they placing blame. Don't give your money to Liberty Properties!

They even changed things to reflect this process and to improve their business. I would definitely do business with them in the future if I ever need to again. I would leave zero stars if allowed if even negative. Applied with them but ended up accepting a different rental. I paid for 2 applications. They sent mine and my husband's credit report in the mailed WITH our social security numbers on them and didn't even notify me they were doing so. They just marked over it with marker but his SSN was still legible. Also mine never arrived to me and somehow is lost with now my SSN out there with someone. They didn't even send something with such sensitive information as certified mail. Absolutely outrageous and not okay to be sending that without notifications or more secure means so now my identity is at risk of being stolen!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My real name is Brian lawler. So far me and my wife have always had a great experience with Liberty property management co in Modesto. They have always went above and beyond to make sure whatever we needed done at the house we rent from them is taken care of. Last week our water started coming out warm instead of hot, and at the same time our deadbolt on our front door started jamming. We put in a repair meld on Wednesday evening, and had a plummer out to our house by Thursday around 10am, and a locksmith there by 12pm. They fixed both issues and were out of here within a couple hours. Always nice to have things taken care of in a timely fashion, and we appreciate it.
