Fantastic experience: I haven’t even checked in to my rental & my experience has already been a 10/10. Let me explain — I am getting married on Clearwater Beach this weekend and needless to say, things have changed since we booked our property in October for the bridal party & our parents. We wanted to extend an extra day? Done. Easy breezy. Then we wanted to check-in a day early? No problem, done. Now it’s wedding week and we are trying to figure out logistics of some of our family arriving early to the beach. I just got off a call with Allison who graciously allowed us to move our check-in time from 4pm to 1pm. She was accommodating, sincere, and most of all kind. We need more Allison’s in the world. We haven’t even checked-in and we are already thrilled with the level of communication, hospitality, and flexibility provided by Belloise Realty & Florida Vacation Rental Company. From questions at all hours of the day to changing our original booking multiple times, our experience has been exceptional.
Fantastic experience: Belloise is a great company to work with. We wish them the best during the recovery around Clearwater and look forward to getting back to the beach soon.
Negative experience: I do not recommend renting from this company. Pictures made the bathroom look much larger. The original ad I looked at said nothing about getting 4 towels for the whole week, didn't tell me I have to wash the towels ($3 to wash and $3 to dry each time), didn't tell me that the ice machine doesn't work and no one fixes it despite telling the lady everyday, the ad says we would get a cooler 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella (none of which are here), we were told by staff that male guests usually use the clubhouse bathroom Due to the fact The restrooms in your room are so uncomfortably small. We contacted the company immediately upon arrival to speak with them about issues and they simply stopped responding. AND they have the audacity to ask us to wash the towels when we leave
Fantastic experience: My experience with Belloise Realty was excellent. I was taken care of from the time of my reservation to the time of my departure. Any questions I had were answered fully and in a timely manner. My family and I loved the rental we reserved. It was clean, updated, and located perfectly for our needs.
Fantastic experience: Tropic Terrace 59 We have stayed here multiple years. The location is perfect and the view can't be beat. We love the boardwalk for easy walking to many bars and restaurants. Don't really need to have a car. Publix and John's Pass both within easy walk. Very comfortable unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nicely updated. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: For the most part everything worked good and was fairly clean upon arrival. We did find some left over dirt socks and beers can under the beds. We did also have issues with the water pressure in the shower being very poor and the hot water took a long time to get hot. Other than that we have mostly everything we needed to enjoy our week.

Positive experience: Good experience overall as the accommodations met our expectations. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress on the bed. I do not know the age of the mattress but it was not comfortable. It was “springy” and had areas that were “bumpy”. Beautiful weather, lots of good restaurants, bars, etc. near condo which made for a good experience.

Negative experience: Does not follow through with their word. Shady business practice. Unreliable. Does not return phone calls. Poor customer service. For more context: Belloise didn't tell us about the construction that would be going on during our stay. Five days prior to our arrival, we found out through another source about it and called to find out details and to see if we needed to find a new place. Three days prior to our arrival we finally got a resoonse. We asked to cancel the reservation due to the desiding of the wall that would be going on- not very relaxing. They refused, and to get us to stay, they told us the owner offered a $400 refund- $100 per day. I never called during our trip, however 5 weeks later when i didn't receive the credit, I phoned to enquire about the refund they promised and they decided to go against their offer and only refunded half the amount. They straight out lied. There were construction machines blocking our sunset view from the condo.

Christine's reservation was 10/19/23 - 10/23/23. We proposed a reasonable compensation of $100 per day that construction workers were physically present and working, however, this was not acceptable to Christine. We refunded Christine a total of $233.23. She demanded a further $200 in compensation, as she requested $100 per day. We did not agree that a further $200 was reasonable.

For full context: Christine contacted us prior to her arrival to attempt to get a refund due to construction going on during weekday business hours at the back of the condominium building. She rented two units though, one through our office and one through a private owner. The private owner offered Christine $100/day as compensation. After speaking with our homeowner, we offered compensation in the form of $100 per day that the workers were present. While at her rental, she contacted us continually in an attempt to receive more money. She claimed that although no noise or workers were present, she could see their tools, so that should constitute further compensation. She also claimed that she could not see the sunset from her unit, however, the unit she rented from our office does not face the beach and would never have had a view of the sunset regardless of tools being present. When we refused to increase her reimbursement, she threatened to leave a bad review in an to get us to provide more money to her.

We believe that we provided superb customer service throughout all of Christine's many calls, emails, and texts. We simply cannot provide monetary compensation to all requests. This is simply the case with some guests. We're happy to share that on all of our rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, HomeAway, etc), we have overwhelmingly positive reviews, premier host status, and can easily say guests like Christine are uncommon!

Positive experience: Easy to communicate with this company. Tropic Terrace is the best place to stay in TI, clean, heated pool, directly in the Gulf and TI boardwalk. Absolutely love the "old Florida" feel here while updated and beautiful accommodations (#49). Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store..perfect location!

Negative experience: I never leave reviews, but this experience was HORRIBLE and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Save your money and book a hotel. The rental property we stayed at had MULTIPLE palmetto bugs in the bathrooms, the floors were FILTHY (our feet were black within the first hour and we had to wear shoes at weekend in the house), like they have never cleaned them, broken fridge, AC that didn't get cool and the worst part was the mosquitos outside.. They were so bad, we couldn't even sit by the pool. They were suppose to send out maintenance and luckily I didn't hold my breath because they never showed.
Fantastic experience: The Coastal Breeze house was great! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day out in the sun. The location offers for quick access to the beach. The nearest beach access point wasn't ever crowded and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our family of 14 spent a week at Summer Breeze and had the best time! The house is fully equipped with everything you need and then some. It is only 1 block from the beach which was perfect for going back and forth throughout the day. We are definitely planning to stay again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We rented this house from 05/12/22-05/15/22 for my sisters beach bachelorette party. This house was wonderful! It was so incredibly clean when we first walked in. There is a separate island in the kitchen which is large enough to cook and serve food on. This house also has all of the kitchen amenities that you would need. The beds were super comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. The pool is heated as well. It does not have a not tub, which is not a make or break, but that would be an added bonus. The best part about this house is that it is about a 3 walk block to a very clean, beautiful beach! The house also provides beach chairs, and a wagon to pull the chairs in. It is a very quiet neighborhood as well, yet not too far from the bars and restaurants of Clearwater Beach. I would recommend this house to anyone. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us stay!

Negative experience: 2 couples stayed here for 3 nights. We all felt this place was in need of some TLC. I’ll give plus’s and minus’s. The biggest concern is smoke detectors are not working as there was no green indicator lights and the test button produced no sound. The sliding glass dirt on the main floor is VERY hard to open. Only the men could do it and when they did several times it fell off the track. The vertical blinds on the sliding door in the 2nd floor bedding are missing several slats right by your head as your sleeping so neighbors can see in and lights shine into the room. The stovetop is cracked. Beds squeak with every movement. Lights over kitchen table flicker. There are exposed network wires running up the stairs. Mold or dirt in vent in top bedroom. Garage is small and will not fit large SUV or truck. Had to find parking. Plus’s : Great location, the unit was clean.

Positive experience: The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was really great and close to all kinds of places to go. For future renters..... bring a 3 prong converter outet plug for your electronics. You will need it. Also, the décor of this apartment is very retro. If you are wanting Modern, this is not the place for you. The wifi had a good signal if you are working remotely.

Positive experience: The room is Quaint but over crowded , The grounds are well kept. Due to the weather we didn't use the pool, it is small but inviting. The staff was helpful. Probably would not use it again. Probably great for a single person .
Fantastic experience: Our unit was 206. It was very clean. The location is perfect. I have no complaints. We will definitely stay here again.
Negative experience: We spent 5 nights at the Tropic Terrace rental and I did not feel it was worth the price in any way. I'll start with the positive aspects of our stay: The condo is in a very good location and walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It's also very close to the beach. The beach is very clean and was a great place to walk. The rental unit is on the bottom floor, right across from the pool, so very convenient. Also, the pool is heated and we were able to enjoy it, even though it was only 60° and overcast outside. Now for the less than great things: The room itself is extremely small. There were 2 of us and each had a suitcase, and there was nowhere to put our bags and still be able to walk around the room. The pictures online are very deceiving. It's TINY! It's also quite old. The bathroom is also tiny and right next to the bed, so this is not a place for anyone that likes privacy. The floor was covered in dirt and sand,, so we wore shoes unless we were in bed. Otherwise you had to clean off your feet to get in bed. The bed, while nice that it was a King size, is literally the most uncomfortable and hardest bed I have ever slept on. It was brutal for 5 nights. The sheets had stains on them (blood and some other yellowish- orange substance) and the pillows were really unsupportive. The bed was the worst part of the stay, quite frankly. Also, they gave us 3 towels for 2 adults to last 5 days. I have no problem re-using my towel, but because of the humidity, items take a long time to dry, so we were stuck with a wet towel to dry off with daily. We called the desk to request more towels and were told we had to go buy soap and pay to wash the ones we had in the community laundry room at the condo building. I will give them credit though, because we did return to our room one afternoon to find some a stack of clean towels, and it was much appreciated. Also, they provided the cheapest paper products possible. One ply toilet paper and paper towels that basically "melt" on wet hands. Clearly the Dollar Store's finest! There is also no hand soap, so we went and bought our own. If you choose to stay here, I'd strongly suggest bringing your own paper products. Overall, this condo did not feel like a very good value for the price.
Fantastic experience: Location, location, location!! This spacious, clean condo with beautiful views was within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, shops, activities, and a short walk to the beach. It had everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, such as cooking supplies, essential toiletry, beach chairs/towels, umbrella, etc. Plenty of room for our family of six. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Clearwater Beach. I would definitely book again.
Positive experience: One towel per person for 5 days!! Ridiculous. Front gate code quit working on day 3. The place was just ok. Nothing fancy. Also, the dishes were dirty and covered in construction dust

It is important to know that each Clearwater Beach Suite is an individually owned condominium unit, it is not a hotel. Since it is a condominium, there is no room service staff or on-site house keeper who would be there to bring extra towels like a hotel would.
We will be looking into the dishes and construction dust that you have mentioned. We strive for nothing less than excellence. As such, we employ a quality control team who is tasked with verifying every unit before a guest checks in. They are very thorough, but only human and mistakes do happen from time to time. We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Fantastic experience: The location was tremendous. We ate almost all of our meals at the house becasue of Covid and the kitchen had enough of everything for us to feed all 10 of us. It would have been nice to have a table that seated 10 but you cant have everything. The cabanna by the pool was great. NFL on sunday from the pool was real nice. Lots of King Beds. Everybody in my large crew was happy. Also went to the aquarium. almost lost 1 grandkid
Positive experience: We stayed here 2 nights. Was a wonderful place. And very close to the beach. About 100 yards or less you were on the beach. And can see it right out the window. Has everything you need. I will stay again someday. Would rate 5 stars. Only downfall I had. And really wasn’t the fault of the owners. The hot water gave out. So had to take cold or Luke warm showers. But they told me it was being fixed. Just unfortunately wasn’t when I was there. So that is the only reason for the 4 star. Everything else was great!
Fantastic experience: When we first arrived it was a challenge. But the real estate company was fabulous they moved us to another room. Gave us a discount and made our stay there absolutely wonderful. The views, the sunsets, people and the staff were fabulous. I had such a wonderful time. Just a short walk to the beach there are Cabana set up already that you can rent. Very reasonable. Umbrellas and chairs for rent very reasonable. Overall experience was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!
Positive experience: #21 was a cute and comfortable condo. There were a few things that could improve. The television in the bedroom worked buy the buttons on the TV didn't work, nor the remote. Also how to turn the fan on in the bedroom would have been nice. I would also highly recommend leaving instructions on how to use the oven/microwave. The area was nice and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach, a little further than you think but not bad at all. I'd stay again.

Positive experience: Great space for our family! Absolutely loved the house, pool, and proximity to the beach! Would have given 5 stars, but little things like extra garbage bags and toilet paper rolls were not provided (or we couldn't locate them). But we would definitely stay again!

Positive experience: Nice location, unit 49. AC unit constantly leaked water all over the floor. Toilet ran on and off through out the night. Maintenance did come. But did not fix during our stay.
Fantastic experience: Belloise worked with me to find the perfect rental house just a block and a half from the beach. No agency is better plugged into the Clearwater Beach market there than them. And the beach couldn't be any more beautiful. And it's very walkable and bikeable. I was there for 10 days and never needed a car. Highly recommend.
Negative experience: Very disappointed this stay, the bathroom was very dirty, hair on the floor and in the shower. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, instead they put dish soap, same as in kitchen to refill the hand soap. Our keyless entry was broken and poor communication and no follow up to let us know that this was a problem they were aware of but did not make us aware of it. There is an exit door in the kids room which also was not disclosed. Needs updates for what they are charging. We spent most of our vacation down at the Hilton due to the quality of this resort. We were told by another guest that they were getting ready to sell and that’s why they will not update their facility.
Hey Amanda! We have a housekeeping team that deep cleans and double checks every room prior to a new check-in, so we are shocked to hear that your room was not properly cleaned. We're sorry you were disappointed with your rental's soap. We are aware that there is an issue with the electronic door lock, however, the HOA is responsible for replacing it and unfortunately they have not done so. To combat this, we made sure to include a key in a lockbox located directly on the door for easy access! Instructions on how to access the key were provided conveniently within the same email as your check-in instructions. As for the door in the second room, it is important to note that the room is not specifically for children and we have never had an issue with this door in the past. In the future we would be happy to answer any questions you have about special requirements or concerns, such a second door, by calling our office at 727-449-2700 prior to booking your stay.
Positive experience: It met are needs, but was a little disappointed with the accommodations. The bottom unit has an AC window unit and you access that room through the garage or elevator. It would not work if you had small children. There is also no bathroom on that floor. We were provided with the wrong WiFi code and not told what the router name was. Found the router in the basement, not the main level, and figured it out. Some people may not know what to do. My POC at Belloise did not seem to care. Lack of attention and detail. The little things make a difference.
Fantastic experience: Great vacation rental at a great price. We stayed at the Frenchy cottages on Shore Dr. They were very clean and only two blocks at most from the beach. It was very easy to park the car and have a great time with everything being walking distance!
Positive experience: We loved the location of the house. It’s incredibly close to pretty much everything and was super close to the beach! The house had beach chairs and umbrellas, which was awesome! On the downside, the house is really outdated. It reminds me of a little old grandma’s cottage or something. The air conditioner vent in the bathroom leaks water onto the floor, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The house has 2 sides, and on our last night, the people occupying the other side were incredibly loud until around 3 in the morning, so that sucked, but at the same time we didn’t go over there to ask them to be quiet. All in all, it was a good place, and we would stay here again.

Positive experience: Great little location steps from beach with a fun restaurant next door. Overall unit was clean, updated and perfect for two people. The parking is iffy if you don’t get a pass on location but since it wasn’t a busy time we parked right on mandalay with the city pass provided in front of building…otherwise it was a block to the public lot. Just keep that in mind. We had an issue with wifi that was handled promptly. There were only two things that were minor issues, the housekeeping crew continuously left security gates to sidewalk open. The other was them loudly yelling back and forth as they went about their tasks while we (and others) were enjoying the pool. It wasn’t the most relaxing with that going on. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to Clearwater Beach.

Positive experience: The place was great. We've stayed with many vrbo's and have had better communication with landlords. We had asked for an earlier check in than 4 pm since our flight came in at 10 am, off possible and were told to keep checking back with them b/c they could not give us an answer until later. I kept checking back to no avail. Finally I called after 4 and was told it was ready earlier, without it being communicated to me. This was frustrating.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!!! They charged my card twice without my consent and were very rude when I called them.
Hello, "Oasis Trucking" aka Osmani Pompa. As per your rental agreement that you signed, your card was charged for an extra cleaning fee. Your group threw a party over the Labor Day weekend and left the home a complete disaster. We have included photos of the property in the link below, which were taken after you left. Because of this, a team of housekeepers had to be sent to deep clean the home and remove the excess trash you left behind. Two whole trucks full of trash were required to remove everything that was left behind. To clarify, your card was not charged twice for this instance. Your card was charged a one time excess cleaning fee of $400. We hope that in the future your group will leave the properties that you rent in the same condition they were in when you arrived.

Negative experience: The pictures for this apartment is very old doesn’t looks like as in the pictures. The only good thing about this place is the location. Sofá bed is broken and the place is not well cleaned but they charge you 150 dollars to clean and you need to take out the garbage and Strip down the bed before you leave. The dishes are dirty and the blankets is also not clean. The only change the Sheets and towels. Alcohol not permitted in the pool area but lot people drinking around the pool. Also lots of different password to open the place.

Positive experience: Very clean. Tropic Terrace #56 was nice, very small. Property is on beach. Does not face beach, but a short walk to the water. Renting the Cabana is the way to go. I had zero problems and all the property people were nice.

Fantastic experience: Tropic Terrace condo was small but very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend beach trip for 2. Great location. I was going to book the room off HomeAway but found the listing on Belloise's website and didn't have to pay the $50 fee from HomeAway. Check in/check out was a breeze as well.

Negative experience: Problems with our stay included, a car getting towed, an entry code not working, blood stains on the bed sheets, and a strange stench in the room. First when you arrive there is a welcome email saying they value their guests and they would like to let you in early if they can. We arrived at 2:15 and check in was at 4, I called and spoke with a lady and she interrupted me and said no check in isn't until 4 and another email would come with steps on how to get in. So we had to pay for additinal hours of parking, because there really wasn't an accommodation for early check in. When the check in email arrived there were instructions on placing a parking pass in your window, there weren't any specifications on what the parking pass is and that you can't park in front of the pool without a special pass. We put what we thought was the parking pass in our window and had our car towed. When we called for help the representative said he couldn't help us and then thankfully he did end us helping us, BUT he sent me to a WRONG address to pick up my mistowed car. Terrible! I lyfted to the wrong address and was sincerely scared for my life. Additionally, when we first arrived the code didn't work for our door, we had to use a back up key and there is only one of them. Lastly, there was two blood stains on our sheets and strange smell, I wasn't sure if it was from the cleaning solution used or the mold at the top of the shower. Overall, this felt like a nightmare experience and I am glad it is over. Edit: To the reply below. There were no instructions for the parking pass. As you can see, the company is very dismissive and won't take responsibility for anything. They state that if...and when... you get towed, the info is right there. However they are the ones who text me the wrong address. Below you will find a picture of the first email received unprompted letting us know how much they love early check in at no cost, and that we could leave our luggage with them. This is not a company anyone should deal with.

Update: What you stated in your update is simply not true. We tried to be as kind and professional as possible in our original response and will continue to do so in our update to you. When you called us, you told us that you did not read below your door code when you received it in your email. That email was the first of three locations that the parking pass was explained. You and your husband/partner very rudely berated us and continued to state you did not see the parking instructions directly beneath the door code. Although you both were very unkind and even cursed at our after-hours staff, they kept calm and assisted you with your towing situation as best they could. They remained calm even when you threatened that you had a law degree and would pursue action, and when you said that soon you’d own our company. Both of you admitted that you did not read the instructions in any of the locations that they were given to you in. The instructions even had pictures showing where to park the car and where to properly place the pass, which you admitted you could see but did not read. You also admitted that you had the parking pass in your possession at the time the car was towed, so we know that the pass was not displayed anywhere in your vehicle. We understand you are frustrated that your car was towed, but we cannot pay your towing fee as you demanded. We understand you were sent the address to the main towing company instead of the lot that they held your car, we apologize for the confusion this had caused. Belloise Realty could not have known that the third-party towing company did not take your car to their main lot. However, in that same message you were sent the direct phone number to the towing company which should have been used to confirm your car’s location. This number is also posted directly in the parking lot. We even called the owner of the towing company on your behalf and he confirmed the address with us, so we are surprised to hear you were directed to the wrong lot. We called you back immediately to let you know we spoke with him and that you could pick up your car that evening.
There are two items you have stated which we take direct responsibility for: the stained sheet, and the towing address that was sent to you. Your car being towed was wholly caused by you and is not the fault of Belloise Realty. Not being able to check-in two hours early is also not an issue we could resolve. You were not guaranteed an early check-in even though we do attempt to allow guests to check-in as early as possible. We do this to be kind and accommodating, but in cases like yours you are showing to us that even though we cannot guarantee an early check-in, it might be better if we don’t show that it is a possibility at all. Early check-in is determined by housekeeping, not our office staff. As soon as housekeeping gives us the green light, we give our guests their door code. Unfortunately, we did not receive a message from housekeeping that your room was ready early. However, at any time you were welcome to bring your luggage to our office so you could walk around and enjoy the island while you waited to check-in. When you called in on a recorded line, you did not ask us if you could leave your luggage with us, you only asked about an early check-in and parking. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay, but respectfully we feel your review is unjustified. We are a small family-run business trying to turn things around after an extremely difficult year with COVID. We do not believe we should be labeled as “not a company anyone should deal with” simply because your car was towed. We hope others reading your review will see that we were reasonable and your continued attempts to make us look bad were far beyond what we deserved.

Negative experience: The host wasn’t the best, would not respond to emails I sent here all week!!! I had a few questions for her a few days before arrival. But no response back!!! Besides that it wasn’t to bad. The room was pretty good all but one of the bedrooms there didn’t have air conditioning, that’s terrible with the hot Florida temperatures, fans just won’t cut it. Maybe say something to the owners about putting air conditioning in that room.

Negative experience: The room wasn't cleaned properly and it was so tiny you couldn't even move around one another in certain areas. It was not included in the listing that we had to sleep on a Murphy Bed! That was fun! Based upon the nightly rate we were charged and the cleaning fee, definitely NOT worth it!
Hi Heather! We are sorry to hear that your room was not cleaned properly. That is certainly not how we want our guest’s experiences to be. As for the size of the room, it is very apparent in the photos that it is a small unit. You can also see the Murphy bed in the first photo of the unit, although the bed is not mentioned in the description. We believe a Murphy bed makes the most sense for a unit this size. It allows our guests to tuck the bed away for more space when they need it, or put it down to relax when they don’t. For most, they feel the price is worth it because when you walk out the door you’re right on the beach!

Negative experience: House was dirty and we spent over 1300 dollars usd to rent for 3 days. No soap, one roll of toilet paper. With no replacements, nice find after running out mid bathroom session. T.v. Did not work, the house is old and theres ants and bugs crawling all within the cabinets and floor. Another thing that was wrong is the icemaker was broken, kind've a no brainer for having something to drink. I will never use belloise again. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 200 dollars and rent a beachfront hotel that gives you basic commodities.
Negative experience: There's a lot to say about the property we just left. I'm going to touch on the hot points because i don't want to spend all day. We just left Forever Sunshine IX. booked for 6 days. I called and emailed a total of 3x for an early check in. Two calls to confirm because of a larger group and a weeks worth of food being delivered. When I didn't get the door code I called from the airport. I was told, we'll see what we can do. I'll admit I was a little upset because I had called twice to confirm. When I got a call back and was still getting nowhere, I asked for the manager or owner and was told" welcome to a family business, you got me and that's it" they did manage to get us in after going back and forth. now the house. Good location. That's about all that's good. the pool is apparently leaking and the filter wasn't on as a result. It was filthy. Because of the leak it caused an alarm to go off in a locked closet for hours and overnight that we had to sleep through. When they showed up to turn that off, I was told the pool was supposed to be cleaned twice a week. We checked in Sunday. They arrived Tuesday and said they only come once a week. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet in it. It never cleared up for the 6 days. The patio, nice to have a patio that you can sit and watch the beach on a beautiful day, unfortunately this patio was closed because it was never finished and the rails weren't on yet. Not one mention of that at time of rental. the upstairs thermostats were locked and we didn't have access to turn the air down. bbq grille. No gas. Had to go get our own propane. the remodel is poorly and cheaply done Moldings were falling off. The towel rack in the closet fell off. The front door locked occasionally. there is no gate on the property and anyone can walk right into the pool area. They would have turned around after looking at it but still. over $8000 for 6 days and this house is not worth it. Looked forward to next years price... $2400 more for the same week. Yikes! we visit Clearwater every year. Spend a lot of money. We will not be using Belloise realty and certainly not staying at that property. thanks, disappointed “Northerners”???
David, we are sorry you were not happy with your stay at Forever Sunshine. We are a family run local business, that's true. We do everything we can to make sure your stay is a great one! As our vacation rental team discussed with you over the phone, early check-in is never guaranteed unless you pay in advance for one. Unfortunately, you did not select this option when you booked. It is up to the housekeeping and maintenance team's schedule whether they'll be able to accommodate an early check-in or not at that point. We had spoken with you several times prior to your check-in, each time we explained that you had not paid to get in early, but we would attempt to get your family in before 4PM if the housekeeping and maintenance teams were finished early. You had even wrote us to apologize for being rude to our staff over the phone after we went out of our way to check you into Forever Sunshine early for free (view screenshot of conversation here, copy and paste link in your browser: https://tinyurl.com/5ahcu24s). You arrived before noon when our check-in policy is 4PM. Because of this, our housekeeping quality control team was not able to utilize the extra time they would normally have to make sure everything was ready for your stay. It is common for northerners to come down to FL and attempt to lower the temperature to something cooler like they are used to back home. The owner has the thermostat set so that guests cannot lower the temperature below 72 degrees, as anything lower burns out the AC unit after extended periods of cooling. We are sad to see that after everything we did to accommodate you and your family we still received a 1 star review.

Negative experience: Their website lists a bunch of rentals but when you call to ask one number I’m met with snotty attitude when trying to figure out why I see rentals if they only have one vacation rental available and who do I call to get information on possible homes. I find a different number and it connects me to them again and I’m again met with snotty attitude saying “you just called us”... very unprofessional and rude in my opinion I was simply just trying to get information on a home listed on their website.

He was never pushy, but always helpful and I can't express how much his expertise of the area and folks we would need to contact made our experience so much smoother. Sal knows the beach better than anyone, and was extremely resourceful in helping us troubleshoot through the sometimes frustrating ordeal of obtaining a mortgage and getting to closing. At every turn he always came up with a solution and without him we wouldn't have our amazing beach house!

Being in the vacation rental industry in another part of the state, I must say I was beyond impressed.If your thinking about a vacation to Florida, more importantly Clearwater beach, then I would definitely look no further than Belloise Realty.
Negative experience: My family and I rented a vacation home from this company for one week 7/10 - 7/17. We started the process in January we paid for our deposit then. That person that helped me was Allison she told me since we had such a large group that she only had 2 property that can accommodate us. We choosed the Casa del Mar WITH CASITA INCLUDED. Allison and I have different emails back and forth about what was included and how that house could accommodate all of us again and again she stated the casita was included and that the house was going to be perfect for our arrival. I told her many times that I needed to make sure everyone had a place because everyone was paying a portion of the price. She insisted everything was going to be ok that we were going to love the house. Well one week before our trip I emailed here once again to make sure everything was good to go and she very simply stated the casita is NOT included. I emailed her back and said what?? To which she replied the casita is no longer available. I called her and asked what was going on she went on to explain that it wasn't her fault that the owners of the house had closed the casita because some previous renters had invaded the owners personal space and looked through some papers that had. She said that moved the couch and put it in the florida room it's very private it has curtains. So not only did we lose the casita we lost the florida room as well. So I said what's the cancellation fee maybe we can rent somewhere else she said there's no cancellation fee you just loose your money. So we got stuck in a place that no longer fit our family. We get to the house and somethings are NOT like the video they have. The pool was way smaller, the room that was supposed to have twins beds didn't. The pool was supposed to be open from 8 to 10 and every day the pool would stop working at 6. Overall my main complain was not the house or how this company hasn't updated the info on the house. My main problem was with Belloise Realty specially Allison because I believe in communication and not once did she reach out to me to inform me of what was happening. When someone sign a rental agreement in January and something changes that you know will affect the people renting I think it's your responsibility to informed them. We go to Clearwater beach every year we will NOT be renting through this company again.
