Fantastic experience: This was an especially unusual private property sale for several reasons. It was a sale from a Trust that had to be managed by the trustee as DPOA because the owner of the trust is no longer mentally capable. One of the eventual heirs requested First Right of Refusal at a discounted commission. The sale was being processed in that manner for more than 2 months until the heir was unable to get qualified for financing. Willard Home Team then turned around in two days to get a new contract signed with a different buyer. The agreement was signed late on Friday afternoon to close the sale at higher price within only 7 days! It was a complex process involving multiple parties in different states. All of it was completed accurately and securely. The sale closed on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. Early on Tuesday morning after Labor Day I received a call and verified the account information. The electronic transfer was finalized within a few hours. What a relief.
