Negative experience: RPM is a SCAM!!!!! do NOT submit an application to them, save $50. my family and i gave $200 (50 EACH), even went to the office to get help from a man who works there, and nothing. first listing was $1,500 MONTHLY. now it’s $1,300. they robbed us of our money. no calls to let us know a decision on whether or not we can get the house and when we call, it’s a robot, NOT A PERSON. it’s very unprofessional and a SCAM SCAM SCAMMMMMMMMM!

Fantastic experience: RPM handled the maintenance work on my rental property between tenants, and I was happy with the experience. The move out inspection and repair quote were both completed very fast. There was ~2 weeks from quote approval until work could start, but once the work started it was done at high quality and for a reasonable price. Dylan did a great job managing the changes to my work order and keeping everything on track with the contractors. The communication about the repairs was good from both RPM and the contractors. I was pleased with RPM and would use them again.

Negative experience: Rpm approved me for a home, however, the house they had for me had too many needed repairs so RPM said that I couldn’t move in and they had no other properties that fit what I needed. Since I couldn’t move into the selected house and they had no other houses available only apartments, I asked for a refund for my application and they wouldn’t give me a refund. So in the end I wasn’t helped but I did learn some lessons. I’m still house hunting.
We are sorry you had this experience, however, our application fees are not refundable if we have run your background check as we also have to pay for that. The home you are referring to has now passed all Section 8 inspections if you are still interested. Please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you!
Negative experience: I got a rental house from this property management company. They told me that I was their best tenant. I always paid my rent on time. I didn't destroy the house. I always kept it up. In fact I even improved it and after living there for almost 9 years, I get a notice That I need to be out in three months and the time that they told me to be out was Christmas time least they could've waited till after the holidays but no so that year I didn't get no Christmas because I was in the process of moving packing and unpacking. we were told a lie, and the lie was that the owners were selling the property because of family issues. OK I believed that I understand. A few months after I moved out, I was looking on Zillow and I found the house that I was just told that was going to be sold and It was for rent again for a higher price. Now they could've came to me and told me that we would like to take out the carpet and put in floors and put in new windows that I've requested many times because dust comes in those windows and kicked up my asthma. Very bad.. So as I looked on the Zillow website, I noticed that they just wanted it thousand dollars more for rent so if you are renting from this property company and they tell you to get out because they are selling the house they're lying to you. I will never rent again. I don't think anybody should
Hi Michelle: We are very sorry this happened to you but we were informed by the owner that they were going to sell the property after doing some substantial rehab. Several months later, they apparently changed their minds and listed the house for rent with a different property management company. As I am sure you understand, we do not own the property you were renting and could not make those decisions on our own. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
Fantastic experience: This property management company is awesome ! From customer service, maintenance issues resolutions to just pure understanding of life challenges. I feel heard and I’m grateful to be renting with a group of people who get things done and and set a foundation and space for communication for their tenants. I would for sure recommend renting /buying from this business. My kids feel so safe in this area and they love this house.

Negative experience: Careful of this management company, they are monsters I've notice the same similar pattern with some management companies. Most discriminates against certain people. If you smell gas or feel weird call the fire department or the emergency gas company right away. Call code enforcement file a complaint, call fair housing for discrimination.

Negative experience: For two years, I lived at a property that they expected the tenants to take care of the outside. Mold was in one of the bedrooms that never got taken care of. Child was constantly sick because of it. Moved in and bugs everywhere took me three days to clean. The floors were horrible and only thing done about it was. they put molding on the bottom to hit it. Mold still may not be taken care of would not rent from them again. The swamp cooler doesn't get the house cold till the night and even then it makes the walls wet.

Positive experience: They charge too much to pay your rent on line. They charge $40. That's ridiculous to me doing this pandemic.

We were surprised to see your review when you have never given us a chance to work with you or manage your property. You signed a management agreement (which is still active) and then never turned the property over for us to manage. Positive experience: I have been living in one of their properties for over 3 years now. They are great when it comes to fixing maintenance issues within my apt. The building needs to be more secure, too many non residents have access to the complex. Their are laundry rooms with no equipment to wash.

Fantastic experience: I'm an owner and have been working with RPM traditions for the past 4 years. I first find RPM traditions when my property was in very bad shape. Now the property has reached 100% occupancy with an average rent increase of more than 40% in the past 3-4 years. RPM has always been a trustworthy and dependable partner, and more importantly, they are good at what they do. You may find some bad reviews here, but I'd tell you as a good property manager, you'll need to confront lots of challenges and upset lots of people. I'd recommend RPM traditions to all owners and tenants, since they're a group of people with integrity, conscience and professionalism. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the whole team, including Allen, Lynn, Krystal and others for their hard work and dedication.

Fantastic experience: We used R.P.M. to rent a house in Lancaster and they made the process very easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental. Qualifications are high though!

Fantastic experience: I was in a position where I needed to move and have a property management team manage my property. Real Property Management Traditions has gone above and beyond to meet all my needs as an owner that does not live in the area. They have always been responsive when I call or email and take very good care of the property and the tenants that rent the property.
