Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting through BGA Properties for nearly 7 years, and overall my experience has been a positive one. Like anywhere, there have been occasional issues, but for the most part they have been responsive, professional, and on top of things when concerns arise. I especially want to acknowledge Devy, who has been there since I first signed my lease. She has always been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. No matter the situation, she treats me with respect and genuinely works to assist in any way she can. That consistency over the years has meant a lot to me. I appreciate a company that is willing to work with tenants, even during challenging times. Thank you for maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

Negative experience: My initial conversation has been horrible from repeatedly being spoken over, to the rep not being able to give me any info on the properties I was interested in. I spoke to Barbara who pretty much wanted me to explain my reasons for wanting to move to the area . She even went as far as telling me how there were other cities closer to my job that I should look into . Ima tell you now these women have no training or any sense of professionalism or maybe it could be the fact that I’m a black woman I’ll never know but LOOK THE OTHER WAY before looking here . They’re way to ready to discriminate against you the moment they hear your voice if they can

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible customer service as a potential renter. I scheduled a showing. I even called to double check. I arrived at the showing a few minutes early to be respectful of whoever the shower was time. When I get there it's Condo's that need some kind of badge to access. There was no one waiting and no instructions on how to enter. I was stuck sitting there blocking all tenets entrance. I then had to make an unsafe u-turn to exit. I pull off down the street and proceed to call more than 10x's with no answer. I pressed the little if you have a showing and no is there prompt, and still no one contacts me. I then proceeded to leave them a message to inform them, this has been a horrible customer service situation. I have more than a years worth of rent saved, and was hoping to be a wonderful tenant for a property they are only managing, which means they are potentially mis-managing owners income. I dont even know if I believe the reviews of people claimg to be owners either. When I was calling I tried the property manager prompt as well.and it just rang and rang. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT THE WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERY WILL NOT GO WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED. I will be following up an email with the owner of the company tomorrow as well.

They were more than happy to be here everyday till the work was done. All their maintenance people are so nice and helpful including the Gardener’s The ladies in the office are awesome!!! Negative experience: This company has the worst management, starting off with the manager Barbara who I kept calling to speak with her regarding maintenance orders that weren’t being taken care of. I had spoken many times with Janice who was unprofessional as well as Debbie. There was gas leakage that took over two months to fix. It was horrible. Also, there was water leakage from the dishwasher that was never fixed. These receptionists made excuses every time I called that Barbara’s wasn’t in the office. Is she working or what. I’m over this renting company. I will be reporting to BBB.

Negative experience: I have been waiting 9 months for them to fix a leak which is causing my carpet to get wet everytime it rains. I have been sending maintenance requests since the end of January. I have been given the runaround from basically the whole office.

Well I've been in my unit for almost 4 years and that's absolutely NOT the case with 123Rents...this is the most professional and courteous and thoughtful management team you could ever hope to have on your side. I've never been disappointed by their professionalism and work ethic when it comes to any sort of repair or maintenance request. Their team always makes sure that my requests are booked for the same day, and always send professional well skilled tradesman to solve my issues. I can always count on a follow-up phone call to make sure the work was completed as expected and if I have any thing else that needs to be addressed. So when someone says to me that it's always better to deal directly with the owner ...I just smile and think to myself how lucky I am to have 123Rents on my team !!!! Negative experience: From the moment I walked in I felt as though I was not welcome. I was called and told to get my RTA paperwork from their office after 15 minutes. No one ever explained the process. So you just want my money, Understood.... They definitely do not cater to BLACK PEOPLE. They were rude and unprofessional and I had my paperwork shoved at me as though I was a thorn in their side. I will be making a complaint to the BBB and my HUD.

Every time i contact the number for maintenance no-one ever answers, even when I add the maintenance request online no-one ever gets back to me. I’ve been experiencing so many issues at the apartment i rent out and it has gotten to the point where the it’s endangering our lives. The people there are ver irresponsible. I believe that it doesn’t matter the location where someone lives they should care as much as they help out homeowners. I would not recommend there services to anyone.

They have been done residential agreements, credit checks on a renter, collect monthly rents, and we have been using them for any legal services on real property. We are very impressing with the work they have done for us. The price for the services is very reasonable. They always update us promptly on any legal paper that we work with them. Every time we have any question, we call them they would get back to us the same day or the next day. They also do tenants eviction. We are very happy and trust on their services. That why we keep returning to BGA Property Inc. for whatever services we may need from them. Like we mentioned that we have been using their services for 10+ years now.
