Fantastic experience: Great real estate team and a great environment overall!!!

Fantastic experience: I came to know Shane Hernandez through a home he was selling in my neighborhood three years ago. I wasn’t ready to sell my home at that time but Shane stayed in touch with me until one day I told him I was ready to sell. I had gone through a financial hardship and knew that I would not get as much from selling my home as I would’ve liked, but Shane told me how much he could get for my home and he was right on the money and that was all right with me. He is an exceptional human being. A very mature young man, who cares about a persons needs, a family’s needs and for that I’m grateful to him. Shane got me the most he could, he stayed in touch and followed through on every aspect. He made the process smoother than I thought it would be. If you’re looking for someone to sell your home that will reach out to you, stay in touch with you, be honest and no gimmicks it’s Shane. He is an asset to his company. Fantastic experience: Shane Hernandez handled the sale of our house. He was always pleasant and maintained his composure quite well, even when things got extremely stressful. He kept his focus on the successful completion of the sale and didn't allow the distractions of overly zealous buyer's agents who brought unnecessary anxiety into the situation. Shane even helped us with our move, which we really appreciated! He even promised to help me build a patio at our new house, now that's what you call customer service!

Negative experience: If getting robo calls on your day off while being on the do not call list is your thing, they would be great. Personally getting a call on Saturday at 4:30pm infuriates me, so hear is my review.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Heather Prisk and it was such a wonderful experience. First off, she had an incredibly positive attitude every time we spoke or were together. I went through over 20 houses with her and she would have been prepared to show me 20 more. She told me everything up front, helped look for insurance, and responded to any questions I had no matter what time of day I asked and even while on vacation.

Negative experience: My experience for selling my home was a roller coaster with this company. Started off great. I told the realtor when we first started that I wanted to sell the house AS IS and priced it for that reason. Throughout the process, she was helpful when we were not available. Towards the end was the worst part. At least once a week she would call and tell me that the buyer wants this that and the other when I specifically said I did not want to do anything to the house. I then realized she was in it just for the commission and ensuring the buyer was happy rather than me. Finally at closing, I was not available so my parents went. I was on the phone with her and she hung up in my face aggravated at a conversation we had. I told her it was very unprofessional and did not receive a response apologizing or any sympathy. She then told me that when my parents were almost there to let her know so she could arrive at the closing. I let her know and she never showed!!! She also told me that she would be in touch within a week to ensure all utilities had been transferred over and ghosted me. Now I have 2 outstanding bills that I have to pay even though the new owners have been there over a month now. Yes I could have called but after paying $14k in commission I expexted everything to be complete by her. I paid for a realtor to not have to worry about these things and still wound up having to do things on my own. I would not recommend this company if this is how they treat their clients. Next time I will go with a more reliable company like Keller Williams.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my daughter and I’s first time home buying experience with Joey Nagem and Kaizen. Let me say that it was superb.
