Negative experience: Lexi was great but her agency screwed us over on a house by listing it on the market when they knew she was trying to help us make an offer while it was off market. Literally after we left the house showing they listed it online and had multiple showings knowing we were in the process of filling out offer paper work. Super disrespectful not only to us as buyers but to Lexi trying to get a commission. We decided to quit this agency because of this experience. However I do recommend Lexi she was nice, patient, and helped as much as she could with what she had.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Kyle and his whole team. Kyle was there every step of the selling process. He helped us get ready long before we planned on listing our house. Bethany, his office manager, was particularly helpful and responsive. We accepted a full price offer in less than 24 hours after listing our home, so were very pleased about that. Kyle also has great contacts and influence with other house professionals (i.e. contractors, roofers, etc), which helped with the whole process.

Negative experience: We scheduled a tour less than 24 hours after listing, ready to make a competitive offer, and the seller accepted an offer before we could even view it. I think a realtor should help a seller not accept when there are motivated buyers ready to submit offers
