Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Maryl Berns. We first contacted Maryl when we were still living in the Chicago area and wanting to relocate. Right away, Maryl set us up to get email notifications of home listings in the Springfield area so we could start looking for a new home. Due to the high interest rates causing very low inventory at the time, we were unable to find a home before we moved so we had to rent for a few months. Maryl was even helpful in guiding us through the rental process. We looked at houses for several months after we moved and with Maryl's help and guidance we were able to buy a beautiful house for our family.
