Fantastic experience: After interviewing some of the greatest agents in Baltimore, I decided to go with James as my selling agent for my property in Owings Mills. Immediately within meeting him, I knew he was going to get my asking price. He kept it very honest and clear from the beginning. The sale process of my house was not the easiest as I had a time sensitive court order that was followed. Unfortunately, my partner on the title of the property did not make it a pleasant experience to deal with either however James was so patient during the entire process and still delivered attentively. He made it easy and less stressful as much as possible. He went out of his way to reach out to lawyers and take care of the process accordingly. The appraisal and inspection was also something James had to make happen and work. It was not the easiest sell of the house and I had previous agents who asked for a higher commission rate because of the circumstances but after talking to James and explaining to him the horrendous back story immediately, he didn’t budge and made sure to get it squared away. He treats all his clients the same. He was not intimidated one bit and said he would get me my asking price without a doubt. He is a man of his word. He had to jump hoops and even reach out to lawyers AND HE DID IT!! I interviewed the Lucido Team, Berkshire, Cummins and Northrop Realty. I can gladly and confidently say neither agent would have went above and beyond the way James did. He made a nightmare process go as smooth as possible for me. He was very thorough in the entire process from the listing, staging, open house, and closing of the sell. I cannot say enough great things about him. He is a great agent and an even better human. He is very honest, humble, and professional. If I were to ever sell another home, I would NOT change my decision and go with James immediately. Fantastic experience: I recently sold my home in Northern Baltimore County. Brian McCarty was my realtor. I feel very fortunate to have had Brian working for me. He was able to identify serious buyers immediately, and recommended a higher asking price than I had originally contemplated (but in hindsight was a fair price for that market). We received an offer slightly above the asking price almost immediately after listing, and closed less than a month later. Brian handled all details of the listing and showing the house all of which went smoothly. I was delighted with the buyers Brian found, and felt that the house would be in good hands. On the closing day, I hadn’t finished cleaning out some of my belongings, and Brian came over and helped me pack and move – really went the extra mile. Fantastic experience: Barb was our buyer agent. We saw house on Zillow and submitted the request about showing. We did not have agent and Zillow referred us to Barb. We were a little bit concerned about “referral” from Zillow, BUT thought it will be only one showing. Well, it was perfect match for us. We did not get the house, but we got a GREAT agent. She is very professional, never late (cannot say the same about us), answering questions via text messages quickly(as I requested at the beginning), prepare offers in couple hours and ALWAYS contact/follow up with listing agent. We have zero hesitation throughout the process and our house sold extremely fast. Fantastic experience: Avatar Harris and I had a short and very successful relationship. She was my son and D-I-L's realtor when they sold and bought their current home 5 years ago. I liked her then because she was knowledgeable but chill. No high pressure. After this horrible year of isolation I decided I needed a place near my kids (and grandkids) and contacted Avatar for my real estate needs. We scoped out a couple places to get a feel for what's out there in my price point but the market is so hot I didn't think I'd fall into something quickly. I could have easily been put on the back burner as far as Avatar was concerned because I wasn't in a hurry... the property had to be just right. But Avatar didn't forget about me.
