My son found Michelle on Google and called seeking guidance on what the property might be worth and if it was worth going into probate over. Fantastic experience: When my dad passed, he left a home with a reverse mortgage and my mom not on the title due to an age difference. I thought I'd find a realtor that knew the area and see if it was worth going through probate or walking away and let the reverse mortgage company take the property. I found Main St Realty on Google and spoke with Michelle. She came over and looked at the property and said NOT to let it go. She gave me a number of a probate lawyer and kept in contact while she had no obligation to do so. The lawyers got the property back in my moms name and we called Michelle to list the property. She guided us through every step. Answserd all our questions without ever making us feel like we were dumb for not knowing answers to some basic questions. She made herself accesable and available at every step throughout our process. Michelle and her team did an amazing job listing our childhood home on every social media and platform available. The open house was not even 2 weeks before we had a solid buyer!! My mom was able to pay off the reverse and pocket some savings. Michelle goes above and beyond and sincerely cares for people.
