From our very first conversation, it felt like we were working with someone who genuinely cared about our needs rather than just trying to close a deal. Her responsiveness was impressive. Anytime we had a question or needed guidance, she responded quickly and clearly. Scheduling showings of our new home, handling paperwork, and keeping us updated every step of the way was done with remarkable promptness and professionalism. What stood out the most was how accommodating she was throughout the entire process. She was flexible with our schedule, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt confident in our decisions. No request ever felt like an inconvenience. Overall, Julie made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth, organized, and even enjoyable. Negative experience: Awful company. Very unprofessional. I would never use them again. Talk about incompetence. They cost me a lot of money after my tenant caused a bunch of damage on their way out and this company’s property manager approved in writing that there was no damage. He was too scared of the tenant they admitted on the phone. I hired another company to manage the property and it cost $3500 to rectify the damage. Oh and by the way the property was brand new no other tenants before this so all the damage was entirely the tenants fault. This company is a joke.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a tenant with Full Services Property Management for almost 10 years. I really like it. My new property manager, Julie, is super responsive. The maintenance manager, Rene, is always on top of making sure the appliances (laundry, water heaters) are up to date, that maintenance is kept up on the properties, and that the people who work there seem genuinely nice.

Fantastic experience: Zac Ayers did an excellent job helping us replace a leaking dishwasher and came back several times to remedy the water damage.

Fantastic experience: Zac, one of the maintenance guys, came by today and replaced the kitchen faucet in my and my family's apartment. He texted me ahead of time to ask what day and time worked best on our end, and he also texted again today to let me know he was on his way. When he came in, he immediately put on shoe covers. We don't allow shoes in our home, and I'm not sure if he knows this or not, but either way, we were grateful. Zac was courteous and communicative throughout his visit, informing my husband of the problem with the faucet and going and getting one from Lowe's. Overall, our experience with Zac's service was a great one. Great guy! :) Thanks for being awesome, Zac!

Fantastic experience: Laura was so amazing through the application process. I was moving from out of state and she was so accommodating and worked with me and my friend in state to make sure I had a clear understanding of where I was trying to move. She was so prompt with all of her communication, and not a word she spoke was a fabrication. If I ever have to move from this place, then I will be asking for her assistance. She is amazing, honest, and trustworthy.

While he was here, he replaced a ton of lightbulbs in our apartment, and fixed our mailbox lock. The dude is awesome. He’s always super friendly, fast, and reliable. He does great work!

Fantastic experience: Zac came to check out our dryer which was giving off a smell similar to charcoal and lighter fluid. He went above and beyond in checking multiple things that could be the cause. He eventually found called on lint between the vent and the hose. This was an area I could not access to clean. So far the smell is gone and we were very pleased with the work he did.

Positive experience: Overall, not an exceptional service, but not the worst. The experience has been hit or miss. Dan, the property manager has gone out of his way to make the experience as positive as possible. However, back office experiences with support staff have not worked in concert with Dan. There seems like a disconnect at the top with automated messages and requests for reviews without really understanding the experiences of the customers.

Fantastic experience: Full Service Property Management handled the management of my rental property for more than 12 years, and I could not have hoped for better service than they provided. Living more than 3200 miles away from my rental property, I needed people I could trust, and the entire team at FSPM was nothing short of excellent. When, at last, I had to sell my property Peter stepped up and handled the sale for me. The sale went smoother than I could have imagined and he got me a sweeter deal than I thought possible. I can't recommend FSPM highly enough. If you're looking for people who are tops in their field, look no further than FSPM. You can't do better.

Fantastic experience: FSPM handles my rental and I recently had a problem with a payment going through with my bank. I had to deal with the bank and I had to deal with the financial company that handles FSPM payments and then I had to call FSPM to figure it out. I called Daniel Phare at FSPM several times with different questions and he immediately spotted the possible problem and suggested the probable resolution of the problem and he was absolutely correct. I followed his suggestions and problem solved. Very happy with his help.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Full Service PM. I interviewed several PM firms before hiring them. Their methods are unique and better tailored to the tasks of finding and keeping good tenants (and getting bad ones out) than any other company I interviewed, as they are based on experience and actual results, not cookie-cutter industry standards. My experience is that they are ethical and honest. They are also reasonably priced and quickly responsive to tenant or owner issues and questions. David Kowal is the PM for our units, and he has been timely, responsive, positive and professional in all our interactions. We also worked in the past with Mike Shelton, who is also throughly professional and responsive to all our needs.

Fantastic experience: David Kowal was extremely helpful and cooperative to help my family of five move into a significantly larger condo. He went above and beyond the expectations, including continuing to communicate with us even after we had officially moved in and was even able to advocate for us and secure a set of rugs to help reduce the sound that might leak into our downstairs neighbor’s unit!

We first worked with Rene S then she transferred and we now work with David Kowal. Both David and Rene are great to work with, They respond quickly and are a wonderful go between us and the owner. Fantastic experience: We have been renting this property for about 3 years now and really like how prompt they are when it comes to situations where things needed to be replaced or repaired. They clearly care about the property and in doing so, we get top notch services. I wasn’t here when our unit was investigated for renewal of our lease (part of the ritual) so I did not get to personally meet David but my housemate said David was really friendly and considerate.

Negative experience: I had a highly disappointing experience with Full Service Property Management. Initially, the terms seemed straightforward when we discussed renting a property. My partner and I both left the viewing feeling like we were being scammed. However, as the process progressed, additional charges that were not part of our initial agreement began to surface. Specifically, the introduction of a $40/month RBP and adjustments to the base rent made the financials unclear and complicated. This lack of transparency and the unexpected charges significantly eroded our trust. We sought clarity and consistency in our rental agreement, but the changes and additional fees created a sense of uncertainty. Consequently, we decided to pursue another option that better aligned with our expectations and budget. Despite requesting a refund of our $500 holding deposit due to these issues, our concerns were met with defensiveness and an outright refusal from Julie Bradshaw, the Property Manager. Julie stated that all charges were listed on the ad and website and blamed us for not raising concerns earlier, despite the fact that these charges were introduced later in the process. Her response was dismissive and suggested that forfeiting our holding fee was our fault for backing out after being approved. The handling of our concerns and the overall lack of transparency in their processes left us feeling mistrusted and undervalued as potential tenants. This experience has highlighted serious issues in their service and communication, making it difficult to recommend Full Service Property Management to others. Proceed with caution if you consider renting from them.

Fantastic experience: Zac came to the rescue taking care of my downed tree emergency. He came same day to assess the damage. He came back to take care of the clean up next day. Professional, courteous, listened to what I had to say as well as making recommendation. Thanks, Zac

Fantastic experience: My landlord was about to sell his townhome and I needed to move out quickly.Luckily I happened to come across a property and guess who I met when I wanted to see view it Julie. Unfortunately someone was ahead of me to view the property and he liked it.But I went ahead and viewed it and requested Julie incase the other tenant does not get it to call me. She kept her word and called me a few day later and the rest is history.She is easy to work and very honest.Once again thank Julie.Five stars to your entire team.

Negative experience: Gigi totally discriminated against me because my funding comes from housing choice vouchers. Her creative way is to only allow 10 month leases to begin with and then 12 months. The way she informed me was to deny me for that reason only. Then she acted like a knit wit and said she would pass it to her boss Dan. Haven't heard anything. Apt still vacante. And I have a pristine rental record for both on time payments. And my care of the property. Just because I'm disabled doesn't mean I'm not a good tenant.

Fantastic experience: When I was able to tell Daniel Phare that I need the apartment but only for the end of the month, never expected that he can caught me on my own words.. and made it real. I’m so pleased to live in my new place, so well maintained. There’s no stress working with Dan. Always resolving things for residents… thank you Dan. Fantastic experience: I’ve known Daniel Phare only by phone when I discovered their site.. I then called and left a voicemail. The next day, Dan and I started a long journey of phone calls, discussing about the terms of the contrat. I met Dan twice, but he’s so understanding, so kind, so thoughtful and what else…he’s just amazing and made me decide to deal with FSPM for ever…

Fantastic experience: I have been Treasurer of my HOA since mid 2021 but the HOA has been using Full Service PM for much longer. We primarily use Full Service PM for maintaining our HOA accounting records, accepting HOA dues, and paying regular bills timely. My experience working with Mike and Pam at Full Service PM has been wonderful. They are responsive and helpful whenever we need something. Would recommend Full Service PM for any HOA.

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed living on at residence for the past 2 years. Full Service management has been one of the best property management companies I've had experience with. Daniel Phare in particular has been very helpful and proactive! Any time I have a maintence issue he is very fast to get it resolved. Fantastic experience: I love our home. I’ve lived here with my wife and two kids for a year now and decided to sign another year. The property is super well managed. Our yard is always taken care of during all seasons, and the neighborhood is clean and well cared for as well. Our property manager Mike is always available whenever my family and I need anything. He’s helped us kept our home in top knot h living condition. I really like that he’s insightful and SUPER FAST to reply whenever we reach out to me (I mean like SIPER FAST, every time he replies within minutes, thank you Mike!) Overall this has been the best managed property I’ve ever rented and I’m happy to resign a lease to keep my family here ^_^
