Fantastic experience: so before we moved here from Washington we had a hard time finding someone to help us buy a house. Our realtor in Washington helped us find Jennifer and she helped us so much on our journey buying a house in CT especially when we were all the way in Washington. Fantastic experience: My husband and I were refer to Jenn Feiman by our realtor in Massachusetts. The first conversation I had with Jenn I knew we were going to hit it off and work together wonderfully. Jenn is extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and tells it like it is. When I finally met Jenn in person, I knew my instincts were right about her. She was always available to answer any questions we had and gave us the advice we needed. If she wasn’t available she made sure to have another member of her team help us. We ended up going through a very horrific real estate transaction, no fault of the realtors but Jenn did her best to keep us sane and on track. Negative experience: Do yourself a favor do not use Jessica Starr. My house was sold two times by the Starr team both times it fell through. Both times it fell through Jessica was just going on vacation and and details became chaotic. The first buyers had foreclosures on there record which should have easily been picked up on. remember calling Jessica a week and a half before closing because I had heard nothing and it took four days for her to reply. After the first buyers inspections my yard was left dug up septic lids left off. The second time the only way we found out was by emails that the buyer didn't have the funds and this was after they where approved. Very poor communication and organizations skills. The second time after my house was inspected the utilities where left on electrical breakers where left off for a month. We had moved and the Starr team new this but logic would tell you that some one should check on our home after a inspection. In the end I had to go with another Realator and lost thousands of dollars because of loosing 5 months of market time. This disorganized team has proved to be very unprofessional and disorganized. Jessica does not give her full time to her duties and delegates to others and things do not go as planned. I have many texts proving her lack of attention if you want to spare yourself a great deal of pain go with another

Fantastic experience: I worked with Doug Hagen - it was such an exciting time for us. We were out of state and had to do all of our viewings remotely and Doug made that easy for us to do. He made sure to give us a realistic idea of the area and the houses. He worked with my mom when she came to visit one and was very nice when I came to see the house for the inspection. The whole Starr team was great - I worked with two other agents when Doug was unavailable and I appreciated having multiple opinions about the property. Everyone was so excited for us throughout the process and it made this daunting experience a lot less scary. They also have had events after the closing. In this crazy market that was a tall order. Doug was able to make things work for us through a variety of digital platforms.. even when the Internet wasn’t cooperating (which was often). When we couldn’t video chat directly, he made us highly detailed videos of homes and emailed them to us as soon as he was in an area with better service. All in all we felt that he was very professional, responsive, accommodating and overall went above and beyond.
