Fantastic experience: Arielle Register is the truth! Such a professional and dedicated person. Her and the Empower Home Team truly delivered when we needed it most. After a frustrating experience with our first agent at Coldwell Banker - our home sat on the market from March to June with only one showing, no additional marketing, and poor communication - I was ready to be very selective about our next choice. When I received a flyer from the Empower Home Team, I called them as part of my due diligence to interview at least three agents. They responded quickly and sent Arielle out quickly! She patiently listened to our previous experience and took the time to thoroughly explain what makes their team different from the rest. Although her commission was higher than standard and other agents I interviewed, I felt a "settled" feeling after speaking with her. Fantastic experience: This is a great team. Daryl was highly professional and knowledgeable, putting me in touch with mortgage brokers, flooring experts, and more with his handy experience. He was always calm and friendly, and the right balance of helping suggest homes I might like as well as pursuing the homes I found myself. When I threw ten different properties at him, I felt I might be overloading him, but he sorted them all out and got me viewings at all the worthwhile ones. The software is easy to use, too, when documents need to be signed. I would definitely recommend for buyers in this area.

Negative experience: After visiting an open house, their company has been spamming me with multiple calls and emails each day. I have informed them on multiple occasions that we already have an agent, and asked to be removed from their calling list.. They continue to call multiple times a day from multiple numbers, so it is impossible to block them. If you visit an open house of theirs, make sure you leave a fake number unless you want to be spammed CONSTANTLY!!

Fantastic experience: Christen is the advocate you want on your team. She is an excellent communicator and has the hustle and drive to get our house sold in the first week. Yet she also has a friendly and engaging personality that is easy to work with and proved to have the integrity that we were looking for in a real estate agent. I recommend Christen and the Empowerline team 100%!

Negative experience: DO NOT, do not, use these people! So unprofessional. I made the mistake of talking to them one time by telephone and let them schedule a home viewing. When I realized my mistake, I contacted them to cancel the home viewing. Well, they showed up anyway and camped outside my house for about 10 minutes. For the next month, I received constant phone calls, voicemails, and emails from about 6 different phone numbers from their "team" members. (As I would block one, another would call!) Do you think harassment is going to get you a listing? Why didn't I want to use them in the first place? Because they would send mail solicitations with my house "value" on them which was about $200,000 below it's real value. So then when they sell it for above that amount, they will then brag about the "great" offer they brought their clients. They advertise that they have the "buyers", this great database of buyers, so back up what you advertise. Currently, there are no available homes in my "hot" neighborhood for sale. If you really have buyers, you would be contacting me "cold" with actual offers from actual buyers, not lowball investors, wanting to buy and only wanting to verify the house is in "move-in" condition.

Negative experience: After half a dozen positive experiences with the Keller Williams Team over the past decade I’m saddened to post this review about my abysmal experience with Linde Moore and The Home Empower Team (Keller Williams First Atlanta). My Experience is Outlined below. Hidden Fees: During our consultation it was discussed how Linde would list and market my home with her unique marketing strategy and get me “top dollar” for my home! Her sales pitch to be fair is Steller. Was told during the sales pitch that the fee for her unique approach would be 4% which is percent higher than what I’ve paid in the past. What wasn’t disclosed by Ms. Moore were the additional fees in the contract that allowed for nearly $1,500.00 in additional fees over the agreed 4% fee that we verbally agreed to. I didn’t learn of these additional fees until I received the Settlement Statement hours before closing. I completely understand that I should have thoroughly read the contract but when the Realtor states the fee is 4% for listing and selling, I believed that was an “all in” fee. Especially, as no additional fees were discussed. Bait and Switch: During the consultation, Linde made it appear that she would be the agent in charge of my listing. It was apparent that I was pawned off on a junior agent who acted as the liaison between Linde and I immediately after contract execution. Again, shame on me for not specifically clarifying this point but I was certainly led to believe Ms. Moore was to be the agent in charge of my listing. Poor Negotiation Skills: After weeks on the market, we received a full-price offer, Linde and her team then allowed the contract to expire!! After which Ms. Moore's suggestion was to lower our asking price by $25,000 and get it back on the market! Luckily, the buyer's agent re-engaged, but with additional contingencies were included, forcing me to either accept paying double the closing cost ($10,000.00) that I’d agreed to in the Listing agreement, lose the offer or go with Ms. Moore's suggestion to drop the price $25,000 and put it back on the market. All of this is going on a week before the scheduled closing so at this point, I've sold furniture, lawn equipment, packed up and executed a Lease. Unprofessional: Purposely mislead me during the original consultation as it pertains to fees, wasn’t the agent in charge of my listing ( we only spoke on the phone twice), scheduled an open house on Easter weekend without any communication regarding my religious affiliations or traditions, failed at negotiating, didn’t speak to me personally about the fees once they were exposed and lastly didn’t even have the common courtesy to attend the closing. Overall, I believe The Linde Moore Home Empower Team acted in bad faith and were unethical and unprofessional. I would adamantly recommend using other agents in the Kelly Williams organization but would avoid Linde Moore and the Empower Home Team at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Christen Fauntleroy and EmpowerHome team as the BEST realtor and real estate company EVER. Christen knows her business inside and out as well as she is extremely personable. Christen is such a talented sales woman I believe she could sell ice cubes to an Eskimo. From the very beginning she made what was a huge decision in my life a very easy and amazing process. The incredible way she described my house on the listing drew in over 150 showings and multiple offers in only 6 days. I was able to accept an offer well above asking price and I close one month to the day my house went on the market. I owe this all to Christen and I am extremely grateful!

Negative experience: Obnoxious mailers disguised as refund checks, loved ones greeting cards, bank statements, court documents, intimidating bates…Such a waste… and I don't even live in Atlanta anymore… based on her spam character, I have no idea how she can be any good!!! And god knows how she fabricated all those star ratings!!! So fake and so desperate!!!! I get weekly and sometimes twice a week spam mail through us post office from her with creative ways to make me open them… but why??!! Do you think I suddenly decide oh wow, such an amazing agent, I think I sell my house now!!! Stay away!!!!

Negative experience: Our home is listed with our Real Estate Broker. The Linde Group and in particular Sarah continue to call and send mail with promises and advertising that go against Board of Realtors and Commission rules. It is to the point of harassment. If they want the home so bad they should come and buy it. Horrible and unethical business practices. I am contacting the BBB, Commission and NAMAR.

Negative experience: I heard the catchy radio ads and so decided to hire them April 2023 to sell my Atlanta home. Biggg mistake. First realtor Andrew was not responsive at all ands had to be pushed to do everything. I even discussed theft prevention while home is on market and he dismissed my concerns. Lo and behold! My hvac unit was vandalized. Suddenly company decided to fire him and hire another realtor. I found out only after making repeated calls. Guess what. After couple weeks after telling her my story all over again, she was fired by the company too!! What a complete waste of my time. By the time, market took a downturn and I ended up unable to sell my property. Thanks a lot Linde Moore empowerment team !

Fantastic experience: I listed my home in the upper westside of Atlanta with Linde Moore Empower Home Team after having it listed with another agency for months with no buyer. My assigned agent was Justin D. He informed me that they work as a team to sell your house and usually sell within 30 days or so. I was very skeptical, but he had this amazing attitude and was confident that he could help us. Let me just say, he and this amazing team sold the home in 2 weeks. My husband and I both agreed that, although the property that Ms Morton showed us that day was not exactly what we were looking for (a property that we found online, not at Heidi’s suggestion) at least we met Heidi!!
