After the house was already on the market, I was told it was one of the worst times to put it on the market in terms of sales. I was not told that before it went live so that was confusing. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve put the house on the market much sooner.

When I contacted a realtor to sell my house, I knew that the house wasn't going to fetch much, which would mean a pretty low commission for the realtor, and with my husband having bought a new house for us already, there wouldn't be a buying commission either. Regardless, Jill Grube and Bryson Smith made me feel like selling my house was as important as selling a million-dollar home; I never felt neglected or dismissed. Despite some negative experiences with the mortgage company, everyone on the Bryson Smith team was positive and encouraging, maintaining communication throughout the process and attempting to contact the mortgage company when my client requests were being ignored. Even after the closing, there was a complication due to some inaccuracy or lack of communication by the mortgage company.
