Ayesha and Dave from day 1 were unbelievably professional, called out the things that they saw, were thorough in our tours and made sure we were going to set up for success. This was our first time buying a home and they helped us with referrals for the best lender ever, and the best home inspector we could have ever asked for. Fantastic experience: Selling was a breeze with my real estate agent “Amanda Agosto” from “Wemert Group Realty” From listing to closing, everything was handled with care and efficiency. It took only 7 tours and 9 days from the time of listing to go on contract and I closed in 30 days immediately after. When you hire “Wemert Group Realty” you hire a army not just a realtor. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. A truly dedicated professional organization.

Negative experience: Joe Jones was the listing agent on a recent sale my Realtor and I were involved with. While I love the house (which is why I ended up purchasing), we had very specific addendum items to repair that he at best took a half hearted attempt at addressing them prior to the final walk through! While he and my very trustworthy Realtor were able to come to a fairly decent compromised agreement, I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism of this "professional" Realtor. There were so many times that I nearly walked because of his lack of commitment to follow through with agreed upon repairs. If I had walked after his shotty "handy man" repaired" the plumbing vent flashing on the roor, the roof would have likely begun having water intrusion, which would have become a costly repair for the, then current owner. Clearing the tree so the drip line is clear of the house, in his mind was to just trim a few small branches, leaving giant limbs of an invasive tree over the roof. I would have given this review a 1-star, but like I mentioned, my Realtor was able to work with Joe to come up with a somewhat reasonable monetary solution. However, it is extremely disappointing that he wasn't able to make sure that contract addendums are actually followed through with in a professional manner, without cutting corners. Long story short, I would steer away from him as a buyer, and be seriously cautious who he hires to do work on your house as a seller who hired him. His actions caused more damage to my new house than if he had just been more willing to work with us from the beginning. Regardless, I am happy with my purchase due to my Realtor and her efforts, no thanks to Joe.

Fantastic experience: I came to Sanford from Sarasota to look at townhomes. I worked with Richard Morris on a Friday morning in September. He showed me several properties that I had sent to him that I would like to see. Richard was very accommodating and really knew what I was looking for! I found the perfect townhome on the Friday. Richard and I went over the offer and submitted it to the seller’s agent. We received a quick response to my offer and the seller wanted a contract on my house by October 31st. The closing date had to be December 1st. Richard was great and very supportive of my situation selling my home. He kept either calling, texting or emailing me to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed any assistance in selling my home. I was able to sell the property for as is condition on an all cash sale! It was touch and go with the investors purchasing the property for cash but Richard kept in contact with me constantly to see if he could help me at all! I highly recommend Richard Morris and the Wemert Group Realty. They have been very supportive and helpful getting information from the seller’s agent! A huge shoutout to Richard Morris and his team. Richard even met with the home inspector at the townhome and did the final walk through for me since I was still in Sarasota. The Wemert Group Realty was great and I highly recommend them and particularly Richard Morris. I also want to give a shout out to Patrice Donnellon for all her hard work in helping me get the information I needed. Thank you so much everyone. I really appreciate all your support and effort to get the closing done!

Fantastic experience: I had been trying to look for a house for quite some time with another realtor but had a bad experience with being ghosted! I met Lauren at one of the open houses I went to and after that bad experience called her up. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with Staci as our realtor in our Florida home search. She learned our desired area and took time to understand what we wanted in a home, so we only looked at houses that fit our criteria. Staci was always available and made time to answer our questions and talk us through different parts of the buying process. Staci’s negotiation skills are top-notch! She gave us perspective from both sides of the negotiations, so we understood the thought process and the “why” behind her approach. That was appreciated and made us more involved in the process. During our time under contract, we encountered communication issues and delays with our original lender. Staci helped us navigate this unwanted surprise. She made sure we were fully supported and kept us informed as she communicated and followed up with all parties involved. Ultimately, we had to switch lenders, but with her continued support, everything worked out. Staci went above and beyond as our realtor during this entire process! Without her in our corner, we would have been in real jeopardy of losing the house we wanted to close on. We cannot praise Staci enough. She cares and truly wants her clients to find their dream home, and it was evident to us that she was determined to make that happen for us. We would recommend Staci to our family, friends, and anyone we know who is searching for a home. If we ever need to sell or hunt for a home again, we’ll be calling Staci!

Fantastic experience: We just moved to Florida from California and were looking for a home for our family. We had no agent, connections, or referrals. We knew what we wanted but not how to find it. Then we found the perfect home and contacted the Selling Agent, Richard Morris. Richard, not knowing us at all, nevertheless agreed to immediately meet us at the property. Negative experience: We were never going to write a public review about Tony. I told him as much when I emailed him (and the head of Wemert) to address our many concerns regarding the process of selling our home. Tony replied with chat GPT responses and clearly never thought about it again since I got a REQUEST to review him on two public platforms. We were selling our home of 20 years in Avalon Lakes and we saw Tony once during the process. We never felt heard by Tony and certainly didn’t feel like he was our representative. From issues with our listing promising a new roof, to not answering texts, to not knowing what day our closing was, (the list is endless) I cannot in good conscience recommend him. He knows this but sent the request anyway. Still not heard by him, so frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Selling our home in Winter Springs was not easy in this market. We faced more than our fair share of roadblocks, and at one point we honestly thought the deal might fall apart completely. Tony and Team Galarza, along with Drew Faiello, never let us lose hope. Negative experience: My experience with Jessica Wicker has been, without question, the worst I’ve ever had with a realtor. Her lack of follow-through, poor communication, and unwillingness to provide support during critical moments made the entire process frustrating and stressful. It’s deeply concerning that a company like Wemlert Realty would allow someone with such an unprofessional approach to represent their brand. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a smooth, reliable real estate experience to look elsewhere — both for a different agent and a different brokerage.

Fantastic experience: Jessica Remillard was an excellent realtor agent. She was so very patient with me as we looked at just about every house on the market within 20 minutes of my son's house. After almost two years of looking I got lucky and found a short sale within walking distance of my son's house. The model I originally wanted built. Negative experience: I hired Mr. Joe Jones to help me sell my furnished home. When we received an offer, Joe offered to help remove the furniture, which I assumed meant we were cleared to close soon—after all, it’s common sense not to remove staging until everything is final. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The day after the furniture was removed, Joe told me we were still waiting on conditional loan approval from the buyer’s lender. This was a major shock to me, as I would never have agreed to take out the furniture before that step was completed. What followed was nearly two more months under contract, and I found myself doing a lot of the work to help move the deal forward. When I expressed my concerns to Joe, the conversation became tense. Thankfully, his broker stepped in and provided much more consistent communication, but by then the damage had been done. Selling a home—especially an unoccupied one—can be financially and emotionally stressful. It’s essential for a realtor to clearly communicate key milestones and timelines. I didn’t feel that level of care and communication was there in this case.

As a buyer, my particular closing was somewhat of a mess due to factors and circumstances beyond our control on the seller's end, and Corey managed to keep things professional and on track despite what could have been a disaster. In his words this was a 10/10 in terms of an abnormal home purchase and extremely difficult to navigate. But the guy absolutely crushed it. I can't recommend him enough and will continue to keep in touch for any future real estate needs or refi's, etc. And a big thank-you to Tiffany Jolly too, who helped out with a walkthrough. Negative experience: I would not work with Tony and his team again. During my divorce, they consistently prioritized my spouse’s interests over mine, which created an imbalance in representation. The sale price of the property was set before I had the opportunity to provide proper authorization. I found the process to lack adequate communication and responsiveness to my concerns, requiring repeated follow-ups on my part. Additionally, I felt pressured to sign documents without having sufficient time to review them comfortably. The overall experience was unprofessional and did not reflect a fair or neutral approach.
