Negative experience: If it looks like a scam, smells like a scam, and tastes like a scam, it is a..... Indeed, photos with closed windows so that we can't locate the apartment, you call them and they take your details but then they don't call you back, apartments that don't correspond to prices that are very different from reality, BE CAREFUL!! because if they start like this, it's a bad sign.

Negative experience: I have not worked with them, but from the phone contacts I had, I was able to extract 2 reasons why it is not a good choice to buy or sell a house. 1) I found it difficult to contact the agent handling the property I was interested in. Several calls to the real estate agency to leave a message for them to call me back because I was interested in making a visit, and after 3 days I managed to speak with him. 2) Commission to the buyer. I understand that everyone values their work as they wish, but it greatly penalizes the purchase budget, and if I were the seller, I would prefer another real estate agency because if someone is willing to pay 4% more for my house, I would keep that money myself (I do not know the commission they charge the seller). For these 2 reasons, I do not recommend this real estate agency.

Negative experience: They are very unprofessional and lack any education. After calling me (the salesperson is Rocío) to schedule a visit to my house (which I have for sale), not only did she not show up after scheduling and confirming it a few days later, but she also doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t call to cancel. I messaged her on WhatsApp and she also doesn’t respond. GREAT LACK OF EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONALISM. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AND OF COURSE, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

Negative experience: Regrettable service and not professional at all. Once they have sold, they neglect everything. We had to manage everything between the seller and the buyer. They disappeared and did not take care of anything, only reappeared once we signed at the notary to request their commission. Terrible management and very unprofessional.

BUT NEAR THIS ONE WE HAVE ANOTHER ONE WITH A PRICE OF 30,000€ MORE EXPENSIVE. BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS. Also, a guy from the real estate agency called me threatening me to REMOVE THE REVIEW.

Negative experience: Some time ago, I gave a deposit for a house in Navalagamella, the sellers backed out because their parents did not want to sell, and the people at B-home did not return my deposit until they received the complaint from Facua. A bunch of pirates. They are quick to take the money, but slow to return it...

Negative experience: This real estate agency is the worst I have ever known. The salesperson does not answer the phone and does not respond to WhatsApp messages. He constantly lies even when you personally verify the information he gives you, he has the nerve to say it is a lie. I recommend not to pay attention to what they say.

Negative experience: Regrettable experience with this agency. I contacted them through a real estate portal about an apartment they just listed for sale in Vva del Pardillo last week. The next day, their agent Tristan called me and told me that the apartment had already been sold (published less than 24 hours before) but that he had another one just like it. After two visits, on Friday I relayed an offer to the agent and he said he would talk to the owner and let me know if he was interested. I haven't heard anything from him since, and today, Tuesday, I spoke directly with the owner (he had a personal ad which I saw later) to confirm whether he was not interested in the offer (I was logically willing to negotiate) and he told me that Tristan hadn't communicated anything to him, and he even asked him yesterday, Monday, and Tristan told him he didn't know anything about me, so he accepted another offer. Honestly unbelievable. Furthermore, the owner confirmed to me that the ad for the first apartment was false since he asked them not to publish other ads to avoid competing with his own. In summary, some liars who play with people's hopes, time, and money.

Negative experience: I need to rent a house in Valdemorillo. B-Home advertises two. One of them tells me that it has been rented for two weeks and the ad is still up. Yesterday, early in the morning, they advertise another one, I call them to get information and make the reservation. The person who is supposed to call me NEVER calls. In the office, they say they will pass on the message. After many attempts, I understand that the ad is FALSE. If that's not the case, I expect their call and for them to reserve the house for me, since when I called them, not even 10 minutes had passed since the ad was published.

Negative experience: IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BUYERS/SELLERS WHO DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY: They are professional fraudsters. They are in no way professional real estate agents. They lie and humiliate both the buyer and the seller, and even call into question other professionals in the field. Their business practices are more than dubious and perfectly sanctionable. They improperly appropriate the funds reserved for the purchase of a property, and despite not reaching any agreement between the parties, they do not return the funds to the buying party. These actions should be heavily sanctioned by the competent authorities and this type of agency should not exist as they economically and psychologically harm those involved. I give one star because I can't give less; they deserve less than 100. RETURN MY MONEY IPSO FACTO.

Negative experience: It is the worst real estate agency I have ever come across in my life. I made a purchase offer for an apartment, which was ultimately rejected, and it took them 19 days to return my reservation (1500€) despite several calls and messages insisting that I had not received the money. They finally did it because I got serious and threatened to file a complaint for fraud. That day, two hours later, they made the transfer, which they hadn't even bothered to do until then. They are a bunch of scoundrels and also very rude!

Negative experience: As other comments say, they are quite problematic regarding returning reservations (the seller rejected our offer and there was no discussion about whether it should be returned or not). It gives the impression that they finance themselves with these deposits.

Fantastic experience: Despite encountering many obstacles in my operation, they put in all the effort and exhausted all possible avenues to secure a mortgage. Negative experience: Muy poco profesionales, el día de hoy habíamos concertado una cita para ver un piso en Navalcarnero y ni se han presentado y lo peor de todo es que ni se han dignado en llamar para avisar de que anulaban la cita o no podían venir. Nada recomendable hacer negocios con esta inmobiliaria visto lo visto

Negative experience: Recientemente hemos vendido la casa de mi madre con mediación de esta inmobiliaria. No tengo nada malo que decir hacia ellos como personas, pero si me gustaria comentar algunas cosas que sucedieron para que lo tengais en cuenta si haceis uso de sus servicios. Nos enteramos que al comprador le dijeron que nuestra casa la tenian en exclusiva, cosa que es totalmente incierta puesto que no trabajabamos con esa inmobiliaria, se firmó un documento el mismo día que se acercaron a casa hacernos la oferta del comprador. Trabajan con el sistema de sobre escrituración informaros bien de los pros y contras de esa practica (nostros personalmente lo pasamos bastante mal con ese proceso). Y cobran honorarios tanto al comprador como al vendedor!!! cosa que nos dejo al enterarnos tanto al comprador como a nosotros con un sentimiento de haber sido engañados... Pero bueno de todo se aprende!

Negative experience: Nos trataron como a inéptos y nos ofrecieron una formula que es una estafa a hacienda y que nos podía haber salido muy cara. Además nosotros no concebimos que las empresas puedan hacer estas propuestas que conllevan la comisión de acciones que pueden acabar en un juzgado como "falsedad documental".

Negative experience: Tras dos mensajes de la agente Sandra en Villanueva de la cañada me ha dejado dos veces tirado en el piso sin asistir. La primera vez aludió a problemas personales ( tuve yo que escribirle 10 min antes de la visita porque de otra forma no se habría molestado en avisar) que entiendo todos podemos tener pero la segunda vez en que quedamos ni ha respondido. El tiempo de todos es valioso y la profesionalidad es importante a la hora de confiar en una empresa. Mi experiencia ha sido terrible. No lo recomiendo.
