Negative experience: To my regret, I hired the services of this Yes Home expecting a professional and serious treatment, but from the very first moment everything was a disaster. The workers are incredibly unprofessional, appearing disinterested and even uninformed. They didn't respond to my calls or emails, and when they did, their responses were vague and unclear. I had to ask for the same information several times because there were always contradictions between what they said at different times. Moreover, during the visits to my specific property, they arrived late, and on some days they didn't show up without calling, lacking the willingness to resolve questions or provide important details. Sometimes, they didn't even know the basics about the legal or administrative status of the contracts to be carried out. I felt deceived and distrusted their ability to manage something as important as buying or renting a home. I absolutely do not recommend this real estate agency. There are many options with much more qualified and serious professionals who truly value their clients.

This real estate disaster is not a good reference point for seeking efficiency and seriousness.

We booked accommodation on Friday night and had a deadline until Tuesday to make the transfer. On Monday at noon, when we were about to make the transfer, we received an email saying that the accommodation was no longer available. In fact, that was not true at all because two days later we found the accommodation on the site. She did not give us the time that was planned. But she didn't bother to apologize; on the contrary, we really felt like we were being judged. In short, the agency asks you to pay their fees before doing anything.
