Negative experience: I had the misfortune of being attended by Cristina, who treated me unpleasantly from the moment I arrived to see the apartment. She assumed that I don’t have papers (which I do), that I am a delinquent (which I have never been), and that being a foreigner (I am Spanish) I will cause problems for the landlord. She made it clear that my profile is worth less than that of other interested parties just because my company is in Madrid and that seizing my assets would be more difficult. She already had favorites as tenants before and still scheduled an appointment for me to see the apartment, a waste of time. Rude, unpleasant, and xenophobic.

Negative experience: Awful real estate agency, more than 3 weeks to make a simple contract transfer. They always make excuses saying they have a lot of work, but their work speed is similar to that of a government worker.

Negative experience: El trato teléfono irrespetuosos y encima la operadora se quitó el problema de encima. Antes de llamar a cualquier piso a través de las app miraré que no sea está.

Negative experience: No es el primer alquiler que tengo con ellos, Y la experiencia no es del todo buena la verdad. Es verdad que los gastos de Inmobiliaria paga la mitad al propietario y la mitad el alquilado, pero cuando te hacen el cobro del alquiler te cobran 0,60 € todos los meses como gastos bancarios; ya por último desconfiaba de todo y les pedía factura de todo lo que pudiese. Tuve un percance con otro inquilino que me perjudicaban la vivienda y una de las alegaciones que me daba la inmobiliaria era que esa persona llevaba muchos años con ellos y no me gustó esa contestación porque mi dinero vale el mismo que el del otro inquilino Y creo que si me perjudica a la vivienda y se puede solucionar de manera sencilla que no tomen cartas en el asunto me pareció al. Cuando te entregan el piso te dicen que está limpio y pintado pero una vez dentro de la vivienda cuando revisas bien no está tan limpio como parece pero cuando te vas de ella te exigen tenerlo pintado y limpio porque si no te lo van a descontar de la fianza. En cuanto a la devolución de la fianza: La primera vez tardaron 15 días en devolverme la fianza pero la última vez tuve que hablar con abogados y mandar un burofax porque no me lo devolvieron hasta un mes y nueve días después., Y Fiándome de que las facturas estuviesen bien por su parte porque me pareció caótico esta última vez que alquilé con ellos. Y en el transcurso de yo haber entregado la llave y la devolución de la fianza supuestamente habían encontrado unos desperfectos cuando la persona que había revisado la casa no había encontrado ninguno y firme el papel como que eso estaba bien y más de 15 días después cuando llamo para ver qué sucede con la fianza me comenta que habían desperfectos Y que no me los iban a cobrar En definitiva no está mal pero hay que andarse con 1000 ojos y sacar fotos una vez dejado el piso

Positive experience: Son muy serios, trabajan con la normativa muy presente. En mi caso, la comisión de alquiler fue pagada el 50% por el casero y el otro 50% por mí, además la cuota de fianza no se la quedó el casero sino que ellos la gestionan. Cualquier problema me han asesorado y solucionado con bastante rapidez.

Negative experience: Dos días dejándole mensajes par ver un casa y cuando localizó a la chica me dice que ya la alquilo...le dije que mínimo devolver las llamadas para no estar pendiente 3 días las 24 h del móvil y su contestación fue muy poco profesional. Jamás les preguntaré ni tampoco la recomendarte,trato al cliente pésimo.
