Fantastic experience: I'm looking for a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Thank you.

Negative experience: They are a disgrace, I do not recommend renting with them. I rented a parking space in Santa Cruz. They did not want to make any kind of contract and forced me to go to the office to pay in cash for the first months (and later they put obstacles for me to be able to pay by bank transfer). A month and a half after having the parking space, they ask me for the key to the door and the elevator because they need them. I agree because I don't mind temporarily entering through the garage door. They do not return them. A week before leaving the parking space, the garage remote control breaks (it did not receive any hits; it was just a very old remote). They do not provide me with any solution, they do not put me in contact with the owner or anyone who could provide me with a remote to make a copy, and on top of that, THEY MAKE ME PAY FOR THE GARAGE REMOTE one week before leaving the garage. In addition, I request the keys to be able to enter the garage and leave things in the car (I was moving) and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE KEYS, claiming that if they give them to me I could take out the car and then they wouldn’t give me a new remote. They threaten to not return my rental deposit if I do not give them a new remote. After being several days without being able to access the garage, I manage to get a very nice neighbor to lend me a remote so I can make a copy. I achieve this by being at the garage door for hours, waiting for someone to come out and for them to trust me to lend me the remote for hours to make a copy, because remember that the realtor didn’t do anything at all. At the hardware store, they tell me that the remote given to me by the realtor can be more than TWENTY years old. After several trips to the hardware store, I manage to get the remote to work. In the end, a shame. I was unable to access the garage for days, and they washed their hands of it. I had to get a remote myself to make a copy and on top of that, they forced me to pay for it. I do not recommend these people at all; they are real scoundrels and disgraceful. I don't think I'm the only one who has had problems with them because every day I went to pay at their office, there was someone arguing loudly on the phone. In fact, I doubt that the few reviews they have are from real customers. If you are looking for a trustworthy real estate agency that acts in good faith, this is definitely not the one for you.

Negative experience: A rude woman calls you and tells you that if you are not from Tenerife, then you are nothing, and she hangs up on you without allowing you to ask anything or showing any intention to help you, even if it's not with them. Very unpleasant.

Negative experience: Call and call with no response. Leave your details and they will let you know, and you have to call yourself.
