Negative experience: Be careful with what they tell you, they have untrained people. They told me to claim the ITP refund so I could save 5%, but what they didn't tell me were all the requirements... then the tax office came and fined me. They wash their hands of it, but they are the ones who told me to do it.

Negative experience: Lack of communication with the owner, they blame you for issues in the apartment that were already there - and the owner is aware. They don’t help you solve problems in the apartment (something broken, not working, etc.) and they keep procrastinating (we were without solutions for up to 6 months, and we still left with issues that were present before us while paying a lot every month for a duplex). They looked for excuses not to face the problems... I did not like the attitude, the disposition, nor the lack of communication with the owner at all. Not recommended at all...

On the same Sunday, I ask the girl who is in charge again and they tell me that there was a misunderstanding and that it won't be possible to visit today. Summary: I will not visit the house.
