Negative experience: I don't put 0 because I can't, we went to see an apartment but it turns out they didn't have the keys and we couldn't see it. When we finally managed to get in, there wasn't a single piece of furniture, which is totally contrary to what the ad says. The landlady didn't seem to care much about any of the functions; she only wanted to receive her money at the end of the month.
