Negative experience: We pre-booked a house paying €1000. From the beginning, we felt that Valentín doubted our financial capacity for mentioning that we would apply for a loan (in my home, there are 3 fixed salaries, I believe that a person is free to apply for a loan if they wish and that it has nothing to do with whether you have more or less money, no one gives you a loan if you cannot pay it). From day one, he kept emphasizing that if we backed out, we would lose the €1000 reservation fee. We began to arrange paperwork before signing the deposit agreement, saw the house on a Thursday afternoon, and paid the reservation fee on Friday morning. We had agreed to sign the deposit agreement this Friday (7 days later, having 10 since making the reservation). During this time, we felt pressured to do everything quickly, and it turns out that after so much pressure, today Thursday he calls us (still knowing that we had started the paperwork) saying that the seller is backing out. I do not question the truth of what is said; that is for each person to know what they are doing. But I do question the fact that they continue showing the house while it was reserved and continue with the advertisement. Very unhappy and angry with the treatment received. We will inform ourselves of our rights and file the corresponding complaint.
