Negative experience: Run away. An unacceptable person. Very unpleasant treatment. I asked for information to rent and he only presented me one offer. When I said I would think about it, he let me know that he should have charged me for giving me information and that I caused him a lot of trouble for nothing. I was shocked.

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life, and my parents died of cancer just one month apart. Well, worse than that has been meeting Joaquín and his real estate agency Berrocal. I don't want to say more because I would never finish. Please flee from this character. I give it one star because zero isn't an option.

Negative experience: Pathetic with the 'To consult' in the middle of 2024... ‍♂️ Half of the website has ads without photos and on Idealista there are 4 properties... Pathetic, very pathetic, they apply the 'bah anything goes / I don't care / law of minimum effort / indifference and little to no professionalism typical of not a few businesses in the area. Luckily, there are great professionals in our land and it's with them that we have to work. These must close but soon, and it won't be long, just look at the rest of the reviews.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We felt cheated and scammed. The owner is a snake oil salesman, a troublemaker, an arrogant person, and a clown. Nothing more to add.

Negative experience: Deadly. Don't fall into the trap... lies, unclear conditions, and terrible treatment from the manager. I wouldn't recommend this real estate agency even to my worst enemy. Look for other options in the city. It's not worth it!

Negative experience: Unos impresentables, les alquilaron un piso encima del nuestro a unos vecinos impresentables que saben hacer cualquier habilidad humana excepto convivir y respetar a la gente como personas normales, poniendo la inmobiliaria como excusa de que eran buena gente y trabajadores resultando ser todo lo contrario, cuando presentamos quejas por molestias y ruido fué un desagradable y no atendía a razones, un estafador y un mentiroso...

Negative experience: Hace unos 15 años que compré mi piso a través de este agente, concretamente un ático dúplex. Después de consultárselo, este Señor nos perjuró que los dos pisos del dúplex constaban en las escrituras .El día de la firma de las escrituras en la notaría , no solamente se presentó como 3/4 de hora tarde ( el muy impresentable) sino que también ,a la hora de la lectura de dichas escrituras, resulta que el piso superior de mi Dúplex no estaba legalizado .El hecho ,es que ningún dúplex en Ponferrada está legalizado como tal pues que lo estuviera el nuestro nos pareció ,cuanto menos, una buena noticia ,hasta que descubrimos aquel día que no solo estábamos delante de un impresentable sino también de un mentiroso y estafador...seguramente hubiésemos comprado el piso, porque nos gustaba, pero la negociación del precio no hubiese partido de la misma base ...nos engañaron
