Negative experience: Terrible treatment and functioning of the real estate agency, they ask for a thousand things only to not rent you anything! Horrible experience, especially when we went to see the apartment and there was already another person looking at it, they scheduled us at the same time... all to save 5 minutes in their agenda!

Negative experience: The apartment shown in the photos did not match the one that was presented. It was much smaller and deficient. Broken furniture, crooked shelves, missing chairs, torn curtains, destroyed blinds, dirty walls... I don't know how they dare to show properties in such conditions that do not match the photos in the advertisement.
