Fantastic experience: Apartment in an excellent strategic location, in 10 minutes you reach the beach with a nice walk, all transportation and commercial services are really convenient, truly cozy apartment with all the amenities available, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge. If there had been the possibility of having direct Wi-Fi connection in the apartment, it would have been perfect; it is not strictly necessary to have it, but it would be an added value for a perfect work stay! We had a really good time, I thank Lupian, Jhosh, and Ann for the opportunity. We will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I am particularly satisfied with Milena from the Lupain agency. She is very available, attentive, full of good advice. She knows how to find what you're looking for. She speaks perfect French, which simplifies things. I have met several real estate agents and she is certainly among the most professional, reliable, and honest.

Positive experience: A lovely spacious and airy one bedroom apartment on a very well kept complex in a central position in Los Cristianos. All equipment for long or short stay, includiing WiFi, and 6 English TV channels. Complex has 4 pools, (1 heated) with sunbeds. Minor drawbacks: No sun on the the balcony at any time, and some late night noise from the adjacent restaurant during peak holiday weekends.

Fantastic experience: We trusted the Lupain agency to find an apartment to buy in Tenerife. Fantastic experience: Rented an apartment on the El Mirador complex in Los Cristianos through Lupain. The property was as advertised and communication with Lupain was really simple. Would definitely rent through them again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Lovely company to deal with, always available. Property is comfortable and has everything you need. Onsite water machine is a bonus saves lugging it from the supermarket. loads of sunbeds around the pool but there is a 2 euro charge for them.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at a holiday let apartment managed by Ann and her team. The apartment was in Victoria Court 1, it was nicely fitted out with all the essentials needed for a good holiday as a couple. We booked this trip prior to covid but unfortunately were unable to travel on two prior occasions. Ann was outstanding in honouring the booking. A couple of our friends had booked privately with owners in Cristian Sur who failed to honour their reservations, the moral of the story is book direct through Lupain property. This is the second time that we've used Lupain and we couldn't recommend their professionalism and going that extra mile enough. Negative experience: The offer on the Booking portal includes apartments that are not suitable for living at all. Through Booking I booked their apartment on the beach in Los Christianos Tenerife which was dirty and smelly in short unfit to live in it and paid for 4 nights 392 euros. Now both, Booking and Lupain properties do not want to return my paid reservations even though I did not stay in the apartment at all. They do not respond on my emails at all,be careful if you hire from them.

Positive experience: I'm afraid I never did a viewing with Lupain as I agreed to buy an apartment in Tenerife via other means. However I was in contact them in the months prior to my visit and found them amenable and helpful. They understood my requirements and, until I pulled the plug, gave good recommendations. Five stars for the preparatory work and I am only withholding one because we never reached a conclusion. That, however, was no fault of theirs.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a property for holiday rentals through Lupain Estate Agents, the whole process went smothly, even though the property appeared to have several issues, these were all overcomed and corrected by Lupain´s team by the time we went to sign at the notary. I was provided with the correct information, choices and oportunities that made my experience of choosing the right property for my needs and within my budget, better than expected. Perfect outcome. Without any hesitation I recomend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Tenerife for work and was having a very hard time finding an Apartment, especially because the season is starting and I had to find somewhere fast. I spoke to a few agencies who were very unfriendly, very unhelpful and very slow. I made contact with Josh who from the beginning was very friendly, very helpful and immediately was sending me photos of apartment options. I explained my situation and they arranged for me to view an apartment on the same day and have everything ready for me to move in the next day! (I’d been in contact with another company who offered to show me the same apartment, however they were unable to show me the apartment for a couple of days). I met with Alessio who doesn’t normally work with rentals, but they knew how desperate I was and did as much as they could to help me. He was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I’m very impressed with the company and incredibly grateful! Would high recommend!

Fantastic experience: Really good experience with Lupain Properties , Victor and his Team were professional, attentive and very approachable , well they found us our " little dream home ". We are regular visitors to the Island and decided with kids grown up it was "our time", to invest in ourselves as we wanted to be able to spend a lot more time there, eventually hoping to retire at least 6 months of the year in the sun. I have to say that the guys listened to our wish list with genuine interest, they were amazing from first contact through to handing all the legal stuff , and even helped us with sorting out things like internet , buying furnishings etc... Fantastic experience: We have just purchased a property in Los Cristianos using the services of Lupain Properties. We originally contacted Alexander Gil at Lupain who was very helpful, he guided us through the buying process and assisted us with gaining a mortgage through a local bank. On our visit to Los Cristianos to look at property Alexander had lined up a number of properties for us to view, they were all in line with our original requirements including price range. We ended up getting more for our money than we had expected. Alex and Peter Thompson at Lupain assisted us with the negotiation on the price which we agreed. They also took us to the bank and introduced us to the Bank Official looking after our mortgage where we opened an account. We were not able to remain in Tenerife for the duration of the sale, therefore it was necessary to arrange a power of attorney to complete the sale. This was also provided by Eirlys Lloyd of Lupain Properties. Our sale went through very efficiently thanks to the hard work of the team at Lupain Properties. We would recommend Lupain Properties to anybody wishing to purchase property in Tenerife especially if it is your first time.

Fantastic experience: While buying a property in a non-English speaking country would normally be a daunting prospect, Lupain estate agents make the whole process very easy and stress free. A combination of professionalism and individual attention from the Lupain staff make me feel like I was a valued customer and that they were a company I could trust.
