Fantastic experience: I found the house of my dreams thanks to Maria Eugenia. If it hadn't been for the boss, I wouldn't have bought ANYTHING. He changed the price twice and made the employee look bad with the first one I spoke to. It's a pity that this man does not appreciate the effort and work that this girl puts in; she showed me several houses and took the time to tailor my preferences and tastes to my budget. She is a charming girl, very dedicated, and I don't think it's fair to rate lower because of the boss. This rating is only for her and her team who helped me find the home we wanted.

Fantastic experience: There is no comparison between the boss and the employee. She is super attentive, friendly, always aware of everything, committed, and always with a smile ❤️. However, the boss leaves a bit to be desired. On several occasions, it has been clear that he discredits his employee.

Negative experience: I went to the real estate agency to rent an apartment, and Maria, a very friendly and attentive girl, helped me and explained everything very well. When we were about to make the reservation, she told me that the boss raised the price of the property, a very unpleasant man, using very nasty words towards the workers. I won't come back because of him. Maria, I hope you find a job where they recognize your worth.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I contacted María by phone for a week, she offered us 2 apartments for rent, we chose 1, she assured that everything was correct and ready to move in when we arrived in Ferrol, she told us that the owner backed out, with the peculiarity that we were coming from BRAZIL. After 10 hours of flight and 6 hours of train from Madrid, she left us stranded and without a place to rest. An embarrassment.

Fantastic experience: Aunque finalmente encontré piso por otra vía, la atención prestada fue buenísima. En el futuro volveré a recurrir a ellos cuando lo necesite.

Negative experience: Son unos impresentables. Nos llamaron por un piso que tenemos para alquilar. Quedamos con ellos y nos dieron plantón a pesar de haber avisado de que teníamos que desplazarmos desde Coruña. Luego no nos cogían el teléfono. Una verguenza.

Negative experience: No son buenos profesionales en su sector, no son absolutamente nada recomendable... Me alquilaron una vivienda y el propietario entraba sin avisarnos y basicamente para ellos es un problema mío... En fin, tened cuidado con esta empresa.

Negative experience: Impresentables trato muy malo a de mas querer cobrar tasas abusivas

Fantastic experience: Buscamos una casa y encontramos el inmueble perfecto para mi pareja, mi perro y yo. El personal es súper amable y simpático.
